Cass Art Avis 

Ordered 2 of 1 litre bottles of Zest It solvent. Received 2 of 500 ml bottles. Then told to send them back for a possible refund. Nearest post office / Evri counter is a 7.5 mile round trip. I am recovering post op for cancer. So that is difficult for me and why I ordered these delivered. Later told -
'If you would prefer to receive a full refund, please send these back via the Evri QR code we sent over to you earlier.

Alternatively, if you are happy to keep the two 500ml bottles, we would be happy to offer you a 20% refund.'

I paid £42.45 for 2 of 1 litre bottles. How does a 20 % refund help, should be 50%? Half my order is still missing! Simplest thing would be to send the remaining 1 litre bottle. Not following the logic of this at all.

I return most times to Cass Art as you have a great delivery service, well packaged and notifications. I live In a rural place, so am reliant on my preferred expensive items to be delivered by post.

Very useful getting the items home delivered and all arrived very securely packed with good communication after purchasing and leading up to the delivery.

Prompt responses when I had an issue with next day delivery not going to plan. I was responded to quickly, and apologised to. I later recieved a refund for the next day delivery I paid for - I did not follow this up, it was granted without complaint - this I find is an exceptional way to treat customers. I have worked in retail in the past and understand in depth about customer service. I am grateful for the prompt and respectful way I was treated as well as the well packaged and lovely product I received.

I bought a watercolour set from the Cass Art store in Liverpool, which when I got home I found to be faulty. As I don't live in the city returning it was tricky, but after a bit of too and fro with customer service they sent put a replacement which I am very happy with.

An impressive shopping experience!
I am an artist, and on 3 August 2026 I decided to buy some more canvas etc. I am not terribly efficient at using on-line shopping and ran into a few problem whilst attempting it, so I decided to telephone customer service instead. That was the right decision. I was served by polite, friendly, professional and knowledgable staff - nothing was too much trouble. My order arrived on time, in excellent condition.
