I had a brilliant experience with CAT driver training and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering this. I learnt so much about myself as a driver and also my car, whilst having a great laugh too. Everyone was so kind, informative and reassuring. It really was an excellent experience and I know my road driving has improved as a result. Thank you!!!! 🙂

Very well organised day. Can’t fault the communication and booking process. Driving tuition was excellent, these guys really know what they’re doing and are experts in helping you to achieve your driving goals.

I attended a Porsche owners club day on 6.9.24.
From the outset the staff were more than welcoming and helped us settle in quickly.
The food and drinks on offer were excellent.
The main event, the driving, was fantastic and the instructors were patient and friendly while passing on loads of tips and advice on how to drive fast and safely.
It’s a long day. 8:15 to 5:30 on site so maybe if you’re travelling to get there, as I was, look to book a hotel the night before.
I would and have already to my friends recommend the day to a driving enthusiast looking to improve their skill.

The best driver training day I've done. Excellent, clear and concise instruction with lots of great feedback. I'll be back for more soon!

I learned so much about how my vehicle works helping me to drive consistently quicker and safer.

As a Porsche 911 owner of nearly 20 years, the course was epic. Not only did my instructor, Steve vastly improve my understanding and control ability with my 911, his knowledge on the engineering, handling and aerodynamics of my 911 was astonishing and was proven on the course. Now I know why the 911 is, and always will be, one of the greatest cars ever. A big thank you to Colin and Lynne.

Did the L3 Advanced Driving course together with my wife. I, in my GT3 and she in her M3. Colin and Steve were excellent. They taught us so much - not only about driving dynamics but also about the cars themselves.

The whole process - from initial communication with Jo, to booking the course, to the day itself - excellent and smooth. Very well organized and worth every penny.

Another great day at Millbrook with CAT Driver Training - Optimisation really building on the previous two sessions (Performance Driver and Cornering Masterclass). Fantastic coaching from Colin and it was amazing what I learnt to make the car do - especially in the very wet conditions - highly recommended!

It was a lot of fun doing driver training with Colin. During the course, I got to experience a wide range of driving techniques on several different surfaces and courses, including the famous Millbrook Bowl and the Alpine Loops. I now have a much better understanding of vehicle dynamics, and should be significantly faster on track.

Exceptional. 10/10. Lovely, caring, intelligent professional people delivering a top notch service from beginning to end. You will learn how to drive your car properly. You will learn road confidence like you’ve not had before and you will have an enjoyable and rewarding day.

Great day with Paul at CAT training. I’m a track novice and I learnt so much about the limits of grip of my car. I feel confident to take it onto a track environment and understand how the car will behave when driven at speed. The course was well balanced with theory and practical experience. It’s also a fascinating environment to spend a day for anyone who likes cars. Paul is an extremely patient instructor and understands people just as much as he understands cars. I can highly recommend.

A great day on the CAT Performance Driver Group Day. The quality of both classroom and in car training from Paul and Colin is fantastic and coupled with the impressive UTAC Millbrook tracks, it enables you to test and experience the true capability of your car in a variety of high speed scenarios. I feel the training and driving experience combined has genuinely given me greater confidence and knowledge in order to enjoy my car to a much greater extent whether that be on the road or track. Thank you CAT Team for a great and memorable day!

Steve is a fabulous instructor, hugely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging which really gets the best out of you. Highly recommend.

Colin was incredible. I have sat with plenty of race coachs before but never one who has been able to elegantly explain the physics of car control so well. I learnt so much from my day and I’m convinced I will be quicker and safer as a result. I will definitely come back for a different course in the future. Highly recommended.
