The food delivered was Very Good
The food delivered was Very Good. However it would have made the experience so Much Better if some sort of recommendations / suggestions on reheating were included.

I ordered a delivery for Dec 31 far in advance and the order was cancelled on Dec. 30 !!!!! Explanation : out of stock ! Would be nice if it would be announced earlier and not a day before confirmed delivery date.

Excellent service. I ordered Ibérico secreto for Xmas dinner and paid overnight shipping. It didn't arrive until 5 days later due FedEx issues.
I called and told them. They apologized (not their fault) and sent another shipment to me overnight immediately for NYE withoutquestion. It arrived as expected. Hoping to enjoy tonight with family.

I asked for Saturday delivery
I asked for Saturday delivery, but they processed it to be sent on the following Monday because they do not deliver on Saturday. They did this without notifying me. I have written in a comment section the date was important.

The Jamón serramo was not available when I went to pick up the order I was going to get get the refund but one of the managers told me they are going to deliver it to me at no expense , hope to get it today .

Great company and customer service
I ordered some Iberico products and through no fault of the company, the order got delayed because if the storm and fedex. I called and they overnighted a replacement right away. Product looks great even though I haven’t had a chance to cook it yet. Kudos to caviar lovers for their great customer service.
