Very helpful customer support. Problem was resolved - for two cards - promptly with clear verbal and written instructions for reloading cards into an Apple wallet provided.

I have used Caxton for years and their customer service is efficient, prompt and clear. I dealt with Hannah recently on an erroneous charge on my FX card. She told me how to file the claim and followed up with a clear and concise summary of our conversation and directions.

I had a terrible experience with the Hyatt Regency in Chicago after paying for a room when the hotel was already fully booked. Caxton were brilliant in following up my dispute and resolving my claim. Hannah was customer service personified. A lovely person at the end of the phone who replied immediately and very professional.
