Rate of Exchange poor

Easy to top up, however the rate of exchange isn’t the best on market. I just got an email to get special rate, topped up and still poor, now stuck with them as costs money to withdraw cash.

I have another provider which offers much better rate.

Idiot forgot his pin number!!

Thank you for responding so quickly, so that I am able to use my card!👌
I would suggest that some type of notification that the number was blocked could help - I spent several fruitless attempts at revealing the number, thinking it was my colourblindness preventing me from seeing it!! Also, text message telling me it was unblocked. Might have been expedient. Thanks again!

Knowledgeable and patient IT support.

Frustratingly, I keep forgetting my password, this causes problems with the Caxton app because it doesn't recognise my email.
H.H. (we're not meant to use names) was amazing and with great patience was able to guide me through the necessary fields to rectify the issue.

Currency load-up issue.

I had need to address a currency 'load-up' issue, the consultant ( Keshawn ) was very understanding and helpful in arranging for the matter to be resolved. All resolved very quickly. My Caxton travel currency card is very useful to me.

I needed help and phoned to Caxton customer service. I spoke to Keshawn who was just great: understanding and helpful. After my call he also emailed me with some more information I needed and confirm sending replacement card.

Keshawn Farquharson was fantastic

Keshawn Farquharson was fantastic, professional, very helpful and supportive. My mobile signal is terrible where I live but he took his time with me and we completed all updates. He told me about other services which you provide and sent his contact email if I needed it. A first class service from Caxton staff. I had also sent proof of my new address and Jessica Naprienko had updated that within minutes, again a first class service. A clear 10/10 and more.
