Very helpful customer support. Problem was resolved - for two cards - promptly with clear verbal and written instructions for reloading cards into an Apple wallet provided.

Had to update my address within my online Caxton account so they could send me a new card. I emailed the proof of address document and within less than 5 minutes they responded to say my address had been validated and it was fully updated in their system. Very efficient indeed - thank you for great service.

I had a swift response from Keshawn who was very helpful indeed. It was around 2am in New Zealand and there wasn’t much time (until 4pm UK time) before the service wasn’t available. The response I had on Whatsapp was quicker than by email.
I wish this was available 24-7 or at least from 6am UK time, it would have been far less stressful and I wouldn’t have lost so much sleep, being 13 hours ahead.
So five stars for Keshawn, only 2.5 stars for Caxton.

I’ve used Caxton for a number of years now with no problems, but hells bells, the hassle and amount of phone calls to get a replacement card is beyond ridiculous.
So much so to the point of withdrawing my money and using another company.
Total RUBBISH now.

Caxton have always been a great company/card to use whilst on holiday. The app is easy to use, great exchange rates and swift uploading currency when abroad. I recently lost my Caxton card during a house move but thankfully Hannah Wright swiftly acted to cancel the card and send me a renewed card. Thank you for your excellent customer service care Hannah.
