Engineer came replaced a circuit board and check that it was working from a different wall socket to which the machine was to be plugged into. Her checked the congruency of that socket and not the soc... Voir plus

Danny was excellent today - he explained everything he was doing and why - ended up changing a few different things and got our combination oven microwave repaired in no time. Really nice guy.

Had to wait a long time to get my oven…

Had to wait a long time to get my oven fixed 😯 this is the second one faulty 😠 but the engineer was great very polite very quick done a great job , just hope this new element lasts longer than the other 2 fingers crossed 🤞

Struggled to get the fridge fixed for…

Struggled to get the fridge fixed for more than a year. Multiple visits with no outcome ,left in dark for months, got an email 6 months after asking me if the fridge has suddenly started working ,what a joke

Happy with the service

CDA came out to fix my oven as the element had gone. It was still under warranty so there was no cost.

The engineer, Danny, was spot on—turned up, got straight to it, and sorted the issue without any fuss. He also showed me a couple of things about the oven I didn’t know, which was useful.

All in all, a straightforward job done properly. Can’t really ask for more.

I am sorry that the lady you spoke with was rude to you. I can see from the notes on our system that the engineer believed he had repaired the appliance on his visited as it tested ok. I can see you refused a further visit which would be our procedure. If you would like us to arrange the engineer to come back out to you please ring our Contact Centre and they can organise this for you.

Service engineer arrived on site with spare part for the oven on his hand and s smile on his face! Knew the product well and changed the faulty part swiftly. Excellent service.

It took six months to finally get the…

It took six months to finally get the required spare part for my combo oven however when Engineer visited he was very polite, efficient and professional

Poor customer service and maintenance

I had really great customer service for my dishwasher. However my integral fridge freezer is dripping water down the back and growing mould. When I complained I had to pay over £130 to get someone to come out. He was rather patronising and asked for a bit of cable (from any old parcel) to stick up the vent at the back of the fridge to clean it out. It took 5 minutes and it could have been suggested on the phone BEFORE taking my money. The fridge is still wet inside and growing mould....

Five star service from engineer

Had a problem with the oven, had an appointment with a CDA engineer which I accidentally missed. 0 problem with that on their end and they rebooked it right away.
Engineer came round and everything was sorted in less than 5 minutes. Fast, polite and effective.

Efficient and on time

Andy came on time, called to say he was on the way and fixed my appliance without any fuss. He was knowledgeable and efficient...great job.

I can see from the notes on our system that our Service Partner engineer visited you on the 24th March and advised you that the your appliances had been installed incorrectly and that you would need to ask your fitter to come back to correct this and once this had been done we would be able to come back out to you again. If this is not the case please ring our Call Centre on 01949 862 012 and we will be able to help you further.

Poor quality product and long wait for repairs

Hob broke down for the 2nd time in 3 year.
Week and a half to get an engineer visit, where the spare part hadn't arrived

Another week and a half to come back and then the wrong part had been ordered due to the wrong model number on the system, despite having been repaired before and having the correct model number on the cover provided by D&G.

So another week and a half for the final repair to be made.

Engineer was very pleasant. But substandard products having broken down twice in two years, the engineer basically admitted the products are built in Europe and can't handle our electricity supply. And over 4 weeks to repair a hob, which was extremely inconvenient.

Quick fix

Quick fix , Eng was friendly.
However it took them a week for them to come after raising the issue as urgent .
