Engineer came replaced a circuit board and check that it was working from a different wall socket to which the machine was to be plugged into. Her checked the congruency of that socket and not the soc... Voir plus

Danny was excellent today - he explained everything he was doing and why - ended up changing a few different things and got our combination oven microwave repaired in no time. Really nice guy.

Terrible service. Oven broke within 2 year warranty

Oven broke within 2 year warranty. Took 3 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t fix it. Sent to ‘technical team’ which will be another week. If they can’t fix it it will month without oven. Terrible service

Non existent CDA Customer service

We had a CDA fridge fitted with a Wren kitchen, after 7 years it started to fail so we rang CDA to see if there was a customer service, repair facility etc.
This is the first experience we'd had with them and I have to say it's the most I have ever felt like the person at the other end really wasn't bothered!
There was an engineering facility but it was £155 and took two weeks for the chap to arrive meanwhile we have a broken fridge!. We were told we would get either an AM or PM time slot but were then told it would be between 11am and 5pm, I'm self employed so this cost me a days money instead of half a day and isn't really good enough. They did however say that if the fridge was no good there was a 20% discount available.
The engineer was actually a nice young lad and knew his stuff but explained the fridge was past it.
I was expecting a report from CDA as it took roughly 5 minutes to work out the problem and £155 is a fair amount of money so I naturally presumed this would include a full report and offers of replacements. After 10 days I decided to ring CDA who yet again made it seem like we were inconveniencing them but said they would look in to it, the same day I got an email stating the fridge was no good and a price for a replacement with a 20% discount. This made me feel like we had been forgotten, we also found it cheaper online but to be fair they did match the price, a couple of weeks later the fridge arrived.
I have to say apart from being disappointed the fridge only lasted that long I was more disappointed with the way we were dealt with, I know this wasn't personal but if that's the sort of treatment customers get then some staff training is in order!
If this fridge doesn't last we'll go elsewhere.

Great service but poor product

Guy was great and very thorough but everything showed all mechanisms to be working as normal. However, the issue still comes back intermittently so it must be with the product itself.

Second time the handle has come off of…

Second time the handle has come off of my fridge freezer and although it's fixed my main frustration is with the time slots. You're supposed to get a a.m. or p.m. slot but when the text comes through it states between 11am and 5pm. Good job i was home as i was poorly but I can't take a day off every time this happens. Not good and it's no reflection on Aaron the engineer, who was very polite and just doing his job

Customer service good but disappointing outcome

The customer service team were very helpful and arranged an engineer to attend. I accept that there is a charge regardless of repair or scrap. This is a 2 year old fridge which has never functioned to the correct temperature.
It was disappointing to be offered a well discounted replacement which I cannot accept as I would have to employ someone to fit an integrated larder fridge and arrange disposal of the old one.

The engineer Graham did a great job in…

The engineer Graham did a great job in fixing my hob, friendly, polite and quick.
The only downside to the whole process was having to wait 3 weeks for someone to come out leaving us with no hob to cook on. The hob was fixed under warranty as it was only just over a year old.

Mick from CDA was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he was friendly, approachable, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was how he took the time to listen carefully and make sure everything was understood before moving forward—nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked.
His knowledge and attention to detail are top-notch, and he clearly takes pride in doing things properly. On top of that, he brings a genuinely positive attitude that makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The problem has not been resolved

The problem has not been resolved. It did appear to have been after engineers visit but returned. Maybe the engineer should have checked the dishwasher thoroughly.

I recently had a CDA dishwasher fitted…

I recently had a CDA dishwasher fitted and within weeks some of the parts broke. I’ve been in contact with their support team who take ages to reply to messages, told me what I parts I need to fix the problem, except that one of the parts is out of stock for a while! Very bad experience

Appliance repaired on first visit

Following a resent experience with another company. It was refreshing to have an engineer come to repair an appliance and have the part needed with him on the first visit. Well done keep it up !!
