I visited this salon in Bexleyheath three days ago and regret it. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and unable to communicate properly. They ruined my hair, which I had been growing for two years. When I returned to complain, the manager was hostile and threatened to refuse service, despite me saying I wouldn’t return. I was charged for a service that not only failed but also damaged my hair. The manager left my hair unfinished and refused to provide details about the stylist. This poor service and unprofessional behavior raise serious concerns.

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COST THEY RUINED MY HAIR, THREATENED MY MOTHER ON THE PHONE AND REFUSED TO APOLOGISE OR REFUND
i asked for an INCH off. My hair was half way down my back, im now left with choppy uneven shoulder length hair !!! My mother called up and the manager ZEZE shouted ´. I am coming after you’ after she asked him to send the cctv of my hair cut. They are saying i have gone to a different salon in between, we are investigating with legal team they are sublet by a franchise and are uninsured and cash only

CELLYS BRISTOL AVOID!! My daughter attended for a 'trim' and 7 inches of her long hair was literally hacked off. She contacted to complain and was told that a newly qualified stylist had not blended layers ( she did NOT ask for layers) and was offered a treatment and blowdry by manager Zaza and refused a refund.
I contacted Zaza to complain further as her hair is utterly destroyed and was met with abuse,shouting at me about only cutting off inch, and then threatened me by saying 'do not post on social media' and said he was 'coming after me'.
He suggested that she attended a 'different salon' between yesterday and today, he stated he has CCTV which shows 1 inch cut off which has been sent by email to Head Office (not sure why he has done that if they have done nothing wrong) however is unable to email me the footage.....
Utterly appalling incompetent salon with even worse management. I am now escalating via head office and the small claims court. Below photo before (long) and after. Absurd to suggest that is 'one inch'.

I visited today, for a quick trim, but ended up having a few highlights and a cut and rough dry. The hairdresser (I didn't get his name) a wonderful guy originally from Lithuania, knew exactly what my hair needed! I left very happy with the cut, tbe colour and the service, and also enjoyed a chat with the most interesting and engaging person I've had the pleasure to meet in a long time!

Paula game me an amazing haircut she gave me a wash,trim,curtain bangs and layering and very gentle funny and kind she works on Thursday and Saturday

Rosa completely transformed my teens hair, which was in an awful state because of box dye's 🤦🏻‍♀️I really couldn't believe the before and after difference! The process took some time but this was because Rosa took the time needed to fix all the damage and leave my teen with beautiful, natural looking hair. Honestly brilliant! Lovely friendly service too 😊

I visited salon in Eastbourne today, girls that work there are super nice, atmosphere is very welcoming. 10 out of 10 . Thank you, and we’ll see you again x

Absolutely dissatisfied with my hair treatment yesterday, worst I have ever had.
Plus the staff have poor English and they don’t understand your request. Nightmare.

Kate was my hairdresser and gave me all the information I needed to help me make decisions to get just what I wanted. Really happy!

I visited Harlow branch and Amelia did an absolute amazing job of my hair , I've had the same hairstyle all my adult life and never had it coloured so this was a massive & scary change for me. However , Amelia was fantastic, despite me me being very nervous, especially about the 4 inches she needed to cut from my long hair into a bob style. The results were amazing. I absolutely love the new me my new style has given me . It's also taken years off me . Thank you millions Amelia, can't wait to see you soon for the roots and hair Botox . Also had my eye brows & nails done at the same time. Never used this salon before but it's now my "go to" . Fantastic 😍

I’ve been going to Celly’s in Boscombe for years.
So far all hairdresser's have been fantastic.
I’ve had my hair cut, coloured, restyled and pretty much everything.
I love the fact I can just walk in. Unfortunately I can’t remember names of my favourite hairdressers but they are all lovely.

Coffee is fabulous too. 😉👍🏻

My girlfriend visited Cellys on 10th March for a haircut and showed Lauren both images and a video of exactly what she wanted. Despite this, Lauren did the complete opposite and cut her hair far too short. She left the salon in tears, feeling humiliated and too embarrassed to even go outside. This experience has completely shattered her confidence in hairdressers.

A professional stylist should listen to their clients, especially when given clear references. Instead, this was a distressing and unacceptable experience. I wouldn’t recommend Cellys to anyone looking for a stylist who actually listens to their customers.

I’ve been coming to Celts in Hastings since there opened 8 years ago, I’ve always had great experience for having my hair done , staff are very friendly, and a very special thank you to Susan for being so friendly and advise on my hair colour and style.

I had a hair cut yesterday. My hair was long (middle of my back) and a bit dry. I asked Lauren to cut below shoulders and give a bit of layers. I have showed her many pictures on my Pinterest and she said she can do it.
I have ended up with very short hair (above the shoulder line), very messy, asymmetrical boy style hair cut.
Lauren's work place was untidy and there were hair from the previous clients.
She was very rough while brushing my hair, it felt like she's trying to pluck it out.
I'm very dissatisfied and upset.
I still paid her for this, not because I wanted to do so, but because my partner's mum goes to this salon.
I hope this review will help others.

Had wonderful experience here. Jamie Lee from Worthing Salon was warm and friendly and transformed my hair. Went in feeling rubbish and came out feeling amazing. Thank you!
