Thank you for your review—we're sorry the poster didn't meet your expectations for size and readability.
The "Original with Borders" option is designed to print your artwork at its native resolution and proportions (860 × 2048 pixels at 72 DPI) without upscaling, then center it on the full 36" x 48" sheet with white borders to fill the remaining space. This keeps the image sharp at its true size (about 12" × 28" printed area), but it can make the main content appear smaller than the full sheet and less detailed from a distance.
For large-format posters, we always recommend using files with higher resolution (300 DPI or more) to fill the sheet without quality loss. Also choosing fill entire media or scale to fit would have been better options if you did not want the white border. If you'd like tips on preparing better files for future orders or want to explore other options (like a different size or scaling on a new order), we're happy to help.

Such a great place to order any of your printing needs! I made a mistake with my design that I uploaded to be printed. I reached out to their customer service email and received a response the next morning saying he was able to stop my order from shipping out in time and fix it for me. They even ended up sending me an extra sheet (I ordered 1" x 1" sticker sheets). Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
