The Cerisport studio is where I spend my Thursday evenings. Ceri and her team are so welcoming to the LBT fitness session I attend. They are all dedicated in their approach to keeping us fit and healthy and every session is a mixture of hard work and good fun. I’ve been a member of Cerisport for many years and fully intend to continue that membership for as long as I can. Thank you Ceri and team, you’re the best!

Having moved to the area last summer I resolved to join a Pilates class locally. What a find Cerisport has been!
I joined last October and am so impressed by the Pilates and Studio Strength classes. This is such a friendly group and I feel fitter for having joined thanks to the expertise of the instructors. Thank you Ceri Michelle and Lauren!

After a couple of years recovering from health issues i was looking for a new activity to keep me fit and healthy and found Cerisports by chance - Ceri, Michelle and Lauren are all welcoming and encouraging, class sizes are small and each session can be tailored to suit every participants needs and ability, if you are looking for something to help keep you fit, flexible and feeling fabulous then this could be what you have been missing, mixed classes with ages from 20 to 70+booking is quick and simple on line offering flexible class times to suit anyone busy schedules

The Cerisport experience has been genuinely transformative for me. From Pilates to strength training, I’m a different person from that of 12 months ago. The classes are expertly led by fabulous instructors and the groups are all super friendly and make working out something you look forward to. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Ceri and her team run a wide range of classes and always cater for every ability. Joint problems? No problem. They always offer adaptations for your individual needs. There's none of that competitive nonsense you find in gyms or other classes. Really friendly & inclusive. It's like having your own personal trainer but in a group!

I’ve been a regular at Cerisport for almost 9 years now. Ceri and her team have guided me through every significant life event where I’ve needed qualified expertise to advise me on my fitness. I’ve experienced pre-natal pilates - where I made some great friends, post-natal Pilates - where I confidently returned to exercise, through to the current day - where I’ve never felt stronger.

Not only as a fitness instructor, but as a wellness coach who’s commitment to continuous learning is unwavering, I have absolute faith in Ceri to take me through the next chapter of my life with menopause on the horizon.

I would never consider maintaining a healthy lifestyle with any other studio by my side other than Cerisport.

I have been enjoying Pilates with Ceri and her colleagues for a number of years. I never fail to be impressed by her professionalism, continuing search for knowledge, empathy and good humour. Her support for women at all stages of life including pre and post natal and menopause is inspirational.
