I have maybe 10 frames from CEWE. This one is by far the worst. None of the corners actually meet. Very disappointed in the quality.

Fast turnaround and lovely crisp quality prints

I ordered calenders that came in the wrong size. I eventually ordered one larger one and was told i would get a voucher as compensation, but that never arrived. Great quality but v poor service

Quality ok but they removed the free delivery to a near shop, did not order than.

Great quality, delivered in a timely manner, the design app is great, easy to use and with great templates and layouts to work with.

Great quality prints and exactly as expected. Shipment a bit slow.

They fulfilled my request when I asked for corrections of the first order. They did them these corrections and didn't ask for more money. Which I appreciate.

I took many months over this photo book..returning to it was easy and it always saved well. It took a while to arrive...a good few weeks , but i wasnt in a hurry. The book is of good quality and the images printed well. Pricey...but I received the new customer discount by signing up afresh, which made a difference and it was worth it .

I made photo books for the children leaving our national school to go to secondary as a reminder of their national school days and they turned out beautifully. I am very pleased with the quality and the speed with which I received them.
Would definitely recommend CEWE

Socond time I had a photo book made, great quality and prompt delivery.....easy software to organise your memories, with lots of options for titles, and layout etc....

When ordering I thought I was ordering from an Irish website. It was a “.ie” website, paid in euros. It turns out it’s from UK. This then led on to next issue, which was late delivery. I ordered it for my daughter to give her best friend as a birthday present. The original delivery date had it arriving 2/3 days before the birthday. It was 7 days late. Not good enough. I go onto the company and got what I consider very poor response.

I've been using CEWE for many years and even though their prices have increased significantly, I have stuck with them because of the quality of the books. I do wish they would bring back discount offers at certain times of the year like they had before Covid.

Delighted by the results of the photobooks, very easy app to use, one thing to consider - plan in advance if this is intended for a special occasion as a gift, we did so and had no surprises.

Excellent! I was very pleased with the outcome and paper quality.

I wanted to prepare a photobook for photos taken on a recent "bucket list" holiday. The goal was to be able to show / share / enjoy our photos rather than just having them on my phone and in the cloud.
But there were so many choices of photobook suppliers ... from mobile phone centric apps, to full feature desktop apps.
I did some research online, and it looked like CEWE would be a good fit for my needs, particularly since I am living in Europe :-
(a) Desktop app (and not merely a web / phone app) to allow detailed customisation of the layouts of each page (without being too complex),
(b) Good quality printing, with a choice of sizes and formats,
(c) Competitive price.
I am so happy I chose CEWE, based on
(1) the app functionality - both the range of features and its ease of use,
(2) the speed of delivery (it arrived in 11 days)
(3) the quality of the book (I opted for Large Landscape format with Classic Paper, and am delighted with the print quality).
I had such a positive experience that I'm planning to order more books soon, and would recommend CEWE without hesitation.
