Unfortunately, due to the issues the port in Holyhead faced from Storm Darragh, AnPost had to secure alternative routes. We are now seeing work being delivered, but they still have a backlog which needs to be cleared.
I have reviewed the correspondence with my colleague and can see that your order is now out for delivery, and she has provided you with the tracking information. You have also been offered a 30% refund on your order, or if it is no longer needed, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We have yet to receive a response from you regarding your preference.

The calendar was absolutely beautiful. Perfect Christmas gift. Photos were beautiful quality. Very happy with this purchase!
I will say, seeing my phone number and email on the package made me a bit uncomfortable and seems like it’s not best practice.

Very disappointing
I placed my order on 10 December 2024. It should have been delivered between 18 and 20 December 2024. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Unfortunely to date, I have not received my order. No contact from CEWE to explain the situation or simply say sorry.

Great result just take your time
It is difficult to gauge how the finished product will come out when you are doing it on a laptop. However we took the chance put the information together and when the finished product did arrive we received something that was much better than we were expecting. I would recommend it it does take time but if you are patient you will easily overcome any of the issues with placements of photos etc. I did try some other apps but I found this one the best by a mile.

Well structured, easy to use and beautiful result
Laying out the photo book was easy, very personal and resulted in a greatly appreciated gift. Load photos, keeps track of usage and simply organise using or adapting predefined layouts which adds greatly to professional looking result. In built warnings of insufficient photo quality guarantees satisfied customers. Tracked delivery on time!
