The quality of bag is really good and…
The quality of bag is really good and it came within the delivery time they provided though the packaging of the delivery was not up to the mark as the product was not protected in bubble wrap and when it was delivered the box was a bit torn from edges.

Still no resolution — no refund, no replacement
I’m writing a second review because nothing has been resolved since my first review.
I have sent additional emails and still haven’t received a proper response. My handbag has still not been delivered, and I have received neither a replacement nor a refund.
At this point, this is completely unacceptable. The company has had more than enough time to resolve this situation, yet I am still left without my order or my money.
I strongly regret purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them.

Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company! Although the handbag I bought my daughter looked good, four months and a handful of uses later, all four handles are coming away from the body of the bag. After contacting customer services, they offered a 15% refund (on a nearly £90 bag!!!!) stating that it had been too long since I had bought it for a full refund. The quality is poor - more like a fast fashion brand with higher prices. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

I would strongly advise against…
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. This was my first purchase, and unfortunately, I regret not taking the negative reviews I had read more seriously.
I returned an item I purchased, but despite the item being returned to them, I have still not received my refund and they have failed to resolve the matter.
This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially as a first-time customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before making a purchase from this company.
