Disappointing
The products from this company are good but the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They are extremly terrible and unhelpful. It took me 5 days to communicate with them what my issue was and they still did not understand. When they finally got a grasp of what I was saying, their solution was basically nothing. Terrible. Avoid.

Very disappointing quality — definitely not what I expected
I purchased a pair of Charles & Keith shoes from their store at Singapore Airport. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the soles have started coming away from both shoes, despite me wearing them only a couple of times.
I contacted Charles & Keith expecting them to take the issue seriously, but I was told that this is considered “normal wear and tear.” I honestly did not expect to have to replace a pair of shoes within a year after wearing them for hardly more than a few occasions.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I was told the shoes had only been worn for just over 16 hours in total, yet the soles have still started to come apart. If that is considered normal wear and tear, it really makes me question the durability of the product.
It’s a lesson learnt for me — Charles & Keith may look great, but based on this experience, I would consider it another fast-fashion brand rather than one offering long-lasting quality. It also raises questions about sustainability when a product needs replacing after such limited use.
I expected much better from Charles & Keith. Very disappointing.
