Misrepresented, poorly sewn, horrible customer service.
The pants I ordered not arrived SOAKED in a foul smelling liquid. The seams were sewn and bunched over each other. (Company was sent photos) Laying the pants over a friends’s size 6 pants they almost look larger. I ordered the smallest size on your website. The butt seam is crooked/sewn over itself at the bottom. The company refused return/refund and has deplorable customer service.

The whole website is a scam, everything is on sale so you cannot receive a refund. The quality of the clothes is horrific, they don’t even look like the items shown on website. Half my parcel hasn’t arrived and it’s been a month!

Would give a 0 if possible, ordered a pair and of pants and they look so cheap and feel cheap. They are also different than the picture I have bought things from SHEIN for half the price and got better quality, that and it took a month for it to come. So be never in my life have I ever even wrote a review. Then they had the aid to ask me for pictures of proof that the product was not the same. As if they don’t know they are selling junk clothing. That and they sent me free earrings and I can’t even explain how bad they looked 😂

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this online store. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I waited almost two months for my order. In the meantime, I tried to contact customer service to ask what was going on. I didn’t receive any response. Then I wanted to cancel the order, but they didn’t respond to that. Then the order arrived, and I wanted to send it right back, but they wouldn’t let me do that either—apparently because I bought it on sale?! So, the worst experience with an online store. Very disappointed and money down the drain.

Horrible Experience - DO NOT BUY
Placed an order which was several weeks late to arrive. They couldn't provide any tracking either during this time. When it arrived it didn't fit so I tried to return it. They said that any items as final sale aren't returnable. When I reviewed the website there was no indication any of the items were final sale, only that they were currently ON sale which violates my consumer rights by providing misleading omissions of information under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY

Completely unreliable
I ordered a gold chainmail top from Charlie Suede, and it took up to 3 weeks to arrive, as well as receiving very little information on the item and its whereabouts. Once I actually got the top, I only wore it once on a night out, and it broke before I had even reached the club. I had to use a hair tie the whole night to keep myself from being completely exposed. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Almost a scam!
Everything about this brand is absolutely horrendous! My item took over a month to arrive with little to no updates and when it did the quality was diabolical and they have failed to refund me my money! I would go as far to say it is a scam please do not make the same mistake I did!

This company is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered on the 1st of feb and it is now march 1st and I still haven’t recieved my order or had any shipping updates. Their customer service team is extremely unhelpful and from other reviews I’ve read the quality isn’t much better than their customer service team is. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this website. Steer clear!!!

This is a crap company
This is a crap company. Do not buy from them. I waited months for my item to arrive. It’s probably the worst quality item I’ve ever seen. They refused to give me a refund and adhere to their return policy. So here I am at least trying to prevent others from making the same mistake of buying here.
