Fake drop shipping brand!
Fake drop shipping brand ordering rubbish from China posing as a "small business". Literally found their Mia dress on another website called "Ance Grita" for 2x the price. Watch out for these scammy businesses you see on tiktok. Thought the dress was nice and was going to purchase but glad I read the reviews first. Steer clear from this lame money grab!

Ordered last week, paid for next day delivery-still waiting and now being told I can’t get a refund on the £10 next day delivery I paid! I shall never order from this company again-not optimistic about how the garment will look after reading reviews-that’s if I ever receive it!!

We do offer express options at checkout, and we also aim to ship orders the same day (or within 2 business days), so if that didn’t happen for you, we need to fix it.

with your order number and subject “Next-day delivery refund”. We’ll do one of these immediately:
If your order hasn’t shipped yet: we’ll cancel it and refund you (including the £10).
If it has shipped but missed the next-day service you paid for: we’ll refund the £10 delivery upgrade and send you the tracking + a proper update in the same reply.

Dishonest online company . DO NOT Buy from Charlie Suede!
The worst , dishonest online company ! Do not buy from Charlie Suede ! They sent the wrong dress at first and then refused to refund it . Then i had to pay extra to order replacement dress. They would not deliver the replacement dress that i had paid extra for. They kept saying they would check but after waiting for over 2 months, i still have not received it. The customer service is very low in responding and they kept saying that they would check and let me know when i can receive the dress. They are scammers ! Buyers Beware!

I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with all of this, getting the wrong dress, then being asked to pay extra for a replacement, and then waiting over 2 months with slow replies is just not acceptable...
Just so it’s clear: if we send an incorrect item, we’re supposed to make it right immediately, you shouldn’t be out of pocket for a replacement.
Here’s the simple fix from our side:

with subject “Trustpilot – wrong item + replacement” and include your order number (or the email you ordered with). In one reply, we will:
confirm where the replacement is (tracking + delivery estimate), and if it hasn’t been delivered, we’ll either resend it at no cost or refund you in full (including anything extra you paid for the replacement).

Larroude is the worst
Larroude is the worst. I placed an order for two pairs of sandals. The first came in a timely fashion. The second ? - not only have they still not arrived but after 6 emails to larroude I received one "generic" response - and no answers. When you call their phone number they give the message that says "they are busy and may not be able to take my call now". Then it hangs up on you. The tracking says the package has been "In Memphis for 11 days"..... Larroude has really poor customer service.

Never Received Order
Placed an order on Oct. 1 for striped sweater that has never arrived. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they just tell me there are shipping delays. Have never received a tracking number or estimated shipping time. Would NOT trust this brand!

Literal scammers
Literal scammers. I ordered on 1st September, no proof of shipping, refuse to refund shipping cost if the item arrives, can’t tell me when it’ll be shipped and “Zain” is incredibly unhelpful over email, declining to give me my money back despite them being very much in the wrong as I have still not received anything. I have disputed with my bank because now they’re not responding! They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

I ordered something in July and it didnt ship out until September. In between I tried to contact them multiple times in order to cancel the order since it was taking too long. They kept saying they couldn't because it was going to ship out soon. They finally told me if it didn't ship out in 5 day they would refund me. I contacted on the 5th day and they replied on the 6th day saying it had shipped. How the item says "arrived" 2 weeks later and it is nowhere to be found. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM CHARLIE SUEDE.

When a parcel is marked delivered but isn’t there, it’s usually a misdelivery or a carrier scan error, but either way, you shouldn’t be left alone to deal with it.

Just to clear up a couple things gently: we’re designed in London and we ship worldwide.
Sometimes you’ll see similar-looking items pop up on other sites (or even our photos reused), which can make it look like it’s all the same product, if you send us the link you found, we’re happy to check it properly.
On refunds: we do offer refunds/exchanges for eligible returns within our return window (as stated in our FAQ).
If you ever felt “blocked” from returning, that’s not how we want it to feel, we can make this super simple.

Please don‘t buy from here. It is a con. Rubbish quality, poor communication. Shipping from china. The photos are nothing like the clothes they send you. The clothes are so cheap they aren’t even good for fancy dress. Sad to have wasted so much money.
Update. Still trying to get some money back unsuccessfully. Have reported to trading standards.

Straight into the bin
Bought the always abroad top after months of seeing the ads on ig and it took about a month to arrive. Came in a cheap bag (like a temu or aliexpress package), no receipt. I didn’t even get an email confirmation of purchase. The quality is absolutely garbage, looks nothing like the items in the promotional images. Instead of flowy it is stiff shein quality. Ordered a top which was incredibly overpriced considering what it was when it arrived. It was nothing more than a bit of cloth screwed up in a bag!
I complained to the company and stated I wished to cancel my order as per the consumer rights act which entitles me to a full refund.
The email thread went back and forwards with ‘Zain’ insisting I must provide evidence as to why I wished to return. I reiterated that the law protects me to which I was then given a returns form to fill out and return the item and to provide proof of postage to then receive a full refund…I have emailed this over and been met with radio silence. I will be contacting trading standards over the dire products and horrific ‘customer service’

Save your money, buy from an actual small business
Not only does it claim to be a London brand, whilst the garments come from china, the quality of the clothes are horrible and do not match the photos online. They’re overpriced for cheap material whilst advertising using good ones, especially for the price point. The shipping took over three weeks with “unknown delays” avoid this brand and save your money.
