Ordered a personalized necklace, the website crashed as I paid so my payment went through but I received no order confirmation. An email and quick response later, this was looked into and rectified. I received order confirmation and 4 days later my gorgeous necklace. Thank you

Disappointed!
The delivery time given was not met so the item i purchased was not here in time for a birthday present which was very disappointing. When a replacement was sent out I finally received it nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed. I was very disappointed in the item it was so tiny compared to what I thought I was ordering especially with pictures on the website looking alot bigger. I could barely see the personalised names on because of the size.
I will not be ordering from here again, I feel ripped off and let down!

Better late than never
My item has not arrived and I am getting no response to my emails. Very frustrating and disappointing. I don’t think this is an isolated incident looking at the reviews. However did get a response after my review and replacement item sent- thanks

Very very happy ☺️ lovely selection of stuff to get. I got the bar necklace and it beautiful!!! The people are really lovely as well 😊 I had a question and they answered really quickly and were very friendly and helpful. It was also made and delivered really quickly. I would definitely recommend getting something from charm bear.

Extremely impressed with the customer service. Not forgetting the excellent quality of the items purchased from charm bears. I purchased two sets of the ‘this mummy belongs to’ key rings for my nieces and they loved them. I was not expecting them to be delivered in lovely little pouches placed into little box’s . Perfect for that ‘special gift’.

Gorgeous Keepsake
Bought 3 ‘this mummy belongs too’ key rings for my 2 daughters and my daughter in law for Mother’s Day. They all loved them! Beautiful and practical. When ordering I missed out a child (oops) but the customer service was excellent and sorted my issue immediately. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a lasting keepsake.

I have been ordering from charm bear…
I have been ordering from charm bear for many years. I have ordered multiple items, One I have ordered is a necklace with discs one each initial for each child.
Then I have ordered four bangles one for each childs name and date of birth that i wear along with other ones which are just quotes. On one arm I wear 4, They are buildable and look amazing.
I have also ordered gifts. I have never ever been disappointed, I wear the bangles and the necklace in the shower never change colour. Good quality.
Highly recommend. I have never shopped anywhere else for personalised items. I would just recommend for more options, but I cannot fault anything.

Mother’s Day gift
Ordered the ‘this - belongs to’ keyring on request of my mum who had seen them online. I wasn’t aware of this company before therefore looked into it and seemed legit so I ordered, the item was shipped and arrived very quickly and the keyring was lovely. It will be a website I come back to browse for other occasions.
