Previously used charm bear for a necklace with two disks which I absolutely loved. Got so many compliments on it. I unfortunately lost one of the discs and I ordered a replacement. Disc came beautifully package and quick delivery. Communication from charm bear was excellent. Would use this company again. Excellent service. Thank you

I received three charms with my grandchildren’s initials and date of birth on the for Christmas a year ago from my daughter. Then this January I lost one of the charms. After a lot of searching I found Charm Bears. They had the exact initial charms I had received from my daughter. I ordered the three. When they arrived I was Very Pleased with the quality and workmanship of the items. They were Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Charm Bears you have made one Grandmother very happy. I bought my first necklace October a…
I bought my first necklace October a gold plated chain with 3 engraved discs. January/February the chain and discs started going into a brass/silver colour and I was extremely disheartened as I loved the jewellery but this was now not the product I ordered. I emailed charmbear customer service team with pictures etc and they were extremely helpful and understanding and kindly offered me a one-off replacement at no extra cost which has now just arrived!.
I am in love with my new jewellery all over again and cannot thank charmbear enough for being so kind and thoughtful!

I saw an advert for a mothers day keyring on Facebook and instantly had to buy it for my daughters to give to their mother.
Super speedy delivery and amazing product that my wife will love. The quality and detail are beautiful.
I did have a small issue which was resolved with no fuss by Pamela so 5 *s for that too
