After years of struggling with dental anxiety, I can honestly say this is the first practice where I have felt genuinely understood, respected and treated with kindness.
Dr Hana was the first dentist to help me manage my anxiety. She took the time to calm me down, breathe with me and offer the reassurance I needed. Her compassion made a real difference.
I am now under the care of Dr Aneta, and my most recent appointment was the calmest and most comfortable dental experience I have ever had.
The entire team is professional, patient and supportive. They speak multiple languages and make every effort to ensure patients feel comfortable, even when communication can be challenging.
What truly sets this practice apart is the way they treat people. They understand that visiting the dentist can be difficult for some patients, and they approach that with patience and humanity.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional, compassionate and genuinely patient-centred dental care.

Excellent orthodontic treatment
I had a fantastic experience with Charmingsmiles. I went under orthodontic treatment for over 6 months. I was treat by dr Aneta and her team during my clear aligner treatment. From the first consultation, they were welcoming and professional, clearly explaining each step. Aneta was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout, and the treatment went smoothly with excellent results. I have been going to Aneta at charming smiles for over 10 years, I was absolutely petrified of the Dentists after a very bad experience as a child, from the first visit to charming smiles with Aneta I have felt at ease, she was so reassuring and professional but caring, aslo understanding why I was so nervous, am now able to visit feeling calm and know I will be ok, I love that my teeth are so healthy and they will make sure they stay that way

A thorough consultation explaining everything answering all questions followed by another consultation involving X-rays, scans, measurements and photos followed by a further consultation for a “mock up” of the finished process. Final appointment… 4 hours of painfree professional dedicated caring to give me a smile… forever grateful and wish had done sooner!

No to tak, po pierwsze Pani Aneta pełen profesjonalizm jeżeli chodzi o stomatologie, a wiem co mowie bo byłem u nie jednego dętysty.
Duzo profesjonalnego sprzętu chyba jeden z najlepiej wyposażonych gabinetów jakie widziałem.
Wszystko zostało sprawdzone, Pani Aneta prowadzi mnie przez każdy zabieg prosto i klarownie.
Jeżeli chodzi o cennik, tak samo wszystko klarownie, na papierze dostaje sie wyliczony koszt leczenia który jest bardzo ułatwiający przyszłe planowanie leczenia.
A no i fotel z masażem, czegoś takiego jeszcze nie widziałem, a przy okazji zawsze muzyka jest puszczoną więc jakoś tak inaczej odrazu :D
