I have been a patient at Charming Smiles Dental Practice for many years and I can honestly say that the service has always been outstanding.
Aneta is an excellent dentist — very professional, caring and highly skilled. She always explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. The whole team is friendly, helpful and the practice is run to a very high standard.
I am very happy with the treatment and the results, and I would highly recommend Aneta and Charming Smiles to anyone looking for a trusted dental practice.

Crown work completed
Recently had a Crown replaced (that was originally done many years ago by another dentist) and Aneta and the team were fantastic.
Aneta explained what would happen and all associated costs - and only took 14 days from start of treatment to walking out of the practice with the work completed.
Have used the practice since 2014 when I returned to Derby and have always been impressed by the way they keep me updated on when appointments are scheduled (text reminders and follow-up calls)

I’ve been coming to Charming Smiles for years now and the staff are always so friendly, clinic is lovely and clean and always do a brill job!
Liza is amazing at what she does, very professional and despite me being very worried about my treatment I needed to have done she handled the situation well. I had nothing to worry about!
Would recommend the clinic and Liza- 10/10!

A very well run Dental Practice
The staff are very friendly & efficient.

"I am 60 years old and have seen many dentists over the years, but I can confidently say that Mrs Aneta Mioduszewska at Charming Smiles is the best I have ever had.
The clinical work is truly exceptional. I’ve had two veneers fitted that are lined up perfectly; the colour match is so spot-on that you’d never know they weren’t my own natural teeth. I have also had a bridge crown that match perfectly, as well as various fillings and overlay treatments. Every procedure has been handled with incredible skill and precision. I also want to mention the hygiene cleans, which are always wonderful and thorough.
Beyond the dentistry, the entire practice is a delight. The reception staff are great—always welcoming, professional, and helpful. While I see Mrs Aneta Mioduszewska, the high standard of care throughout the building gives me total confidence in the whole team. If you are looking for top-tier dental care in a friendly, professional environment, I cannot recommend Charming Smiles highly enough!"

"tough luck everywhere's at capacity"
I went to try to get an emergency appointment as a filling has decroded to the state food keeps getting stuck under it and it is causing infection and pain after trying to get a local NHS dentist for quite a while after having moved to derby, speaking to the receptionist and pointing out why I needed an appointment because of the problems this is now causing to my teeth as I haven't been able to get a dentist registration for so long, two people at reception today just went "tough luck everywhere's at capacity now" even when asking where I could get an NHS dentist, terrible attitude reception, no sympathy for someone who is getting additional tooth decay and infections because of a lasting problem I have been unable to get sorted as no NHS dentist is taking patients in the area, and just horrible attitude which causes more problems for my health which causes more problems for the health services overall. I should be able to register for a local appointment on the NHS even if it's just an emergency to fix this issue, I'm not even looking for ongoing treatments I just need this filling hole sorted so I can go on with my life without pain and gum infections (which may cause me to lose more teeth) horrible place wouldn't recommend.
