Very poor customer service at the Philippines call center. If there is a -1 review, that is their rating.

I purchased a chefman 6.3 4 quart air fryer off Amazon in 2023. Yes I understand it was 3 years ago, however we didn't start using it until about a year ago because I was always working. The air fryer looks almost new after a light cleaning. Nothing out if the ordinary happened other than not using it as much as what the average family does and suddenly it stop working. It turns on but doesn't heat up. Disappointed that an appliance only lasted 3 years.

Used once. Failed coating on rack. Horrible quality control. I noticed the missing coating so I ran my fingernail over it believing the rest was probably strongly adhered. WRONG. It came off with ZERO pressure. I could have removed the entire coating with my finger nail. Who wants to risk ingesting whatever this chemical is? If this is ceramic - it is a complete failure. Already boxed up for a return. Highly rated brand but I don't trust them. Also very strong chemical smell from the rubber glides on the cook rack. This model doesn't have some of the features of the 6 qt models and the light stays on if you have the basket out which is very annoying. All in all a complete failure. Tried to contact customer service to find out about an all stainless steel cooking surface model. I like the way the Chefman works just don't trust the coatings. The reply I got was the most vague, unhelpful corporate babble you could imagine. Disgraceful customer service.

I purchased a chefman Toast-Air French Door oven and it broke down. I contacted a representative and had a great experience with them. receiving a new product within a few weeks.
Hopefully this one will last for awhile.

I purchased a twin basket air fryer through Amazon, it was marked as used with a slight mark on the outside. The item arrived in the original packaging, but one of the baskets did not heat up and both trays had residual burnt on food and grease. The item had obviously been returned as faulty by another customer and been shipped straight back out with no checks. Amazon gave me a full refund, but the items are shipped straight from Chefman

I purchased a Walmart chefman glass kettle. As I was boiling the water a giant pop explosion with fire came out of the bottom. I could have been severely hurt and my apartment could have set on fire!!! I am completely shooken up and warn against this product

I bought a coffee espresso machine, so far is working really well, can't complain!

I bought an Obliterator blender. The travel mug gasket broke and I contacted customer service to try to order a new one. (I wasn’t even asking for a free one even though it was within warranty as these things can get stretched/break with use). No ability to order a part on the website. I submitted a customer service request and absolutely no response. In that time period of warranty the whole blender stopped working. I contacted the # to follow up on my case # because they tell you not to send multiple customer service requests. On hold repeated times for an hour with no one picking up. Suddenly 2.5 months after my initial request I get an email apologizing for the delay and that there was a backlog after the holiday season! She then asks for the serial # which was in my initial submission. Back to square one. I guess they just rely on you getting frustrated and giving up. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. In what world is this even slightly adequate customer service? Stay away.

Don’t buy any of this companies products. They are cheaply made and they do not honor their warranties.

Bought chefman 5 in 1 air fryer.
It started behaving erratically after a couple of months.
Cutting out and eventually stopped working altogether.
Chefman customer services are terrible. They just ignore any communication.
I am a pensioner and money is tight. I have asked for a refund but nothing has been forthcoming.
I would never buy any product from chefman.

Chefman 12-Quart 5-in-1 Air Fryer Oven. I returned the 1st one because the fan sounded like it had a bad bearing. The replacement sounded much better and performs well with one exception. The toast function does toast both sides however, the top browns but the bottom is barely started. I contacted support but didn't get a response until seven months after original contact. They asked for receipts, picture of serial number and a video showing the issue. I made a video but the file was too large to send. I sent photos of the result. Then they asked for proof of purchase for a 4th oven. I wrote a response stating there is only one oven but it kept bouncing back as undeliverable. I don't usually have toast but I do toast english muffins so the issue isn't a big deal. I agree the out of box quality is suspect and customer service is non-exsitent. I have thier waffle iron also and it is perfect.

Do not buy a Chefman Air Fryer. 5 months of use maybe once or twice a week and one side of the two stopped working and coating bubbling off the trays. Put in a warranty claim and have heard nothing for two months. Avoid

I had a kettle that leaked from the start. What's most disappointing is going back to Amazon, looking at the reviews and seeing hundreds of people who have also had leaking kettles.

Bought a chefman everything oven and wow, i have tried similar items in the past, this is a little larger so it can do a really big pizza or whatever your cooking. Fresh or Frozen pizzas come out better than any other method, including my oven. Lovely crispy base, top baked to perfection. Made mini Chinese collection perfectly and chicken nuggets, just needed a wipe and it was clean. Very happy to finally get really good pizza at home, this made all the difference.

Ordered a pizza Oven via Amazon. Arrived minus the protective cover and brush. Amazon refunded and I ordered another. Same again, no cover or brush. Contacted Chefman direct and they have organised the brush and cover to be delivered to us. The Pizza Oven is brilliant and the Grandweans enjoyed making their own Pizzas. Amazon as always, brilliant customer service for us and Chefman have been very good communicating since we got in contact.

I bought a Chefman oven/air fryer combo fours years ago. It worked well until it died. I contacted Chefman customer service to confirm that it could not be repaired and began shopping for a new one. To my surprise, the company sent me a replacement free of charge. Quite a contrast from other appliance companies that demand an expensive warranty.

I purchased a Chefman Cafeinator. After only a couple of weeks it started malfunctioning. The low water light quite working and now I get an error indicator and the clean light stays on all the time. I contacted Chessman 3-17-26 and to this day have not had a response.

Bought two hot water urns. One was broken from day one. Other broke nine months later. After waiting a few months for customer service to get to me, I had to jump through hoops to get my claim acknowledged. After all of that, they offered to replace my item with one some what similar, that lacked any features, was half the size, and cost half the price!

Well, I received a Chefman electric griddle as a gift in AUGUST of 2025. Immediately when opening I noticed the most important part of the griddle was missing, THE ELECTIC CORD!!!! I have called over 2 dozen times, not ever reaching anybody! I have emailed several times and the solution still hasn't been resolved! It is 2/24/2026!!!! 7, yes SEVEN months without a solution!!! Really? This company will never EVER get any orders from me, my family or my friends. This is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer "service". They didn't have a negative 5 rating or they would have gotten one.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support.

My Chefman air fryer is only four months old and is already completely inoperable. An appliance used in a normal household should not fail this quickly. I submitted a warranty claim over a week ago and have received zero updates, zero acknowledgment, and no timeline for resolution.

To make matters worse, I tried calling customer support and waited on hold for over 45 minutes without ever reaching a representative.

At this point, the bigger issue isn’t just the defective unit, it’s the complete lack of responsiveness. A warranty only has value if the company stands behind it.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Chefman products. Save your time and money and buy from a better brand!
