Communication was great, delivery was on time, product was exactly as described

The protable toilet unit was not wrapped on arrival site. It was very dirty and was covered in bugs. This unit came from Maryland to Florida. Upon arrival the interior light did not work as the circuit board was not attached to the light. The pipe for the toilet drainage was hanging loose. The toilet had to be removed to secure the pipe to allow for the toilet to drain. The interior water pipes leaked and had to be reinstalled. Chery Industrial said the delivery company will call two hours before delivery. Delivery time was stated between 9 and 5. NO CALLS UNTIL THE DRIVERS WAS AT THE DELIVERY SITE. THE TIME HE CALLED WAS 7:10 AM. Very disappoint with Chery Industrial. I called Chery and was told to send pictures but the company probably would not honor any credits. The unit was needed for immediate use. After we did the repairs everything worked fine.

When we receive the bathhouse the mirror was on the floor and cabinet damage so I called in and talk to a person that could help me get a new cabinet. Simple, easy and friendly person to deal with .Great experience and that doesn't all ways happen. We live up north in the summer and gets lots of company so this will help.thanks!

Within 1 week from ordering we had a fully functioning restroom. Looks great, durable. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t returned parts and tracking of parts was behind! The parts were delivered a week prior to an email saying the parts were shipped.

Checked out chery industrial for work equipment and was pleasantly surprised. The product pages have good photos and detailed specs, which made comparing tools and machinery easy

The box was vant all to hell had mud all over it. Looked like they drug it through the backyard. The underneath of it was bent up, barely could get the forks underneath it to pick it up.

This is my second order, and I plan to continue placing additional orders in the future. The quality of the product is excellent, the communication throughout the delivery process was clear and helpful, and the ordering process was simple and efficient.

I bought the 13’x20’ shed. Delivery was good didn’t have issues with that but as for shed nothing but issues. Instructions are not even helpful there were to many times I had to go back 5 steps in order to get predrilled holes to line up. Easy to get lost and confused. Impossible to do myself I had myself and two guys help put together and to be honest we could have built a wood shed and shingled so much easier and quicker. Also for roof on shed nothing lined up instructions are impossible to tell how they want roof installed and ended up getting self tapping screws and doing it my way but still ended up with 3.5” extra on a side and yes the metal roof was installed properly with overlaps and no gaps. Also with two carpenters and one plumber building this shed at the end of it the walls are not straight things are bowed and wavy we squared everything 5 times before starting the walls and ended up having to undo base for walls and roof to somewhat line up. Also I did build a wood base for this to be installed on so we did have a level area which it was erected on. The little issues are it did come scratched up in quite a few places even tho it does have protective film on metal the washers do come in sheets you need to cut out I know not bad but just more time wasted doing that. Long story short I don’t recommend to buy I had to waste (2) 10 hour days to build the shed and keep in mind that was with three capable guys doing this. And for price even tho it’s not bad I would 100% spend a tiny bit more and build wood structure and shingles. NOT USER FRIENDLY INSTRUCTIONS. Put minimum 3 days aside for building and good luck your going to need it.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. First i accidentally ordered the wrong size. When i called, they were very patient, kind and professional. They worked with me throughout the whole thing including delivery. I changed the delivery address the day before delivery and the gentleman didn’t argue and made it work. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10💕 Thanks for making this experience the best!

I saw this bath unit on Amazon and found out the manufacturer. I called and emailed and David Issacs called n emailed me back. He was very helpful n matched the price. He even set up a site visit in No Highlands California for me to physically look at the unit. After I bought it the delivery was fast (4) days and coordination n communication was just wonderful with the delivery driver etc. once we received it it arrived in great shape n I'm excited to install it in my Aircraft hangar.

I found the employees very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my experience.

Glad they could find the parts- not impressed with parts.
Never received any tracking information.
