Terrible customer service. Used the online chat feature last week and it states that you will receive answers in 24 hours. Never got an answer. Hard to trust a company who won't even respond.

The price was great - documentation terrible
The price was great, and the delivery was good. The Instructions arrived in poor condition (unreadable), and they were far too sketchy once the new ones were downloaded. In addition, the front winch door panel assembly was clearly for a high cube as it required us to substantially lift the front of the containers to make it fit. Nowhere was this noted in the purchase materials, and, in fact, the website clearly said for 20 and 40 foot containers - which to us meant it would adjust to either standard or hi-cube.

Gate came was delivered in less than a week and in great condition. Waiting for installation, so we'll see how that goes once it's done. Nice product!

Absolutely worst company to work with
Absolutely worst company to work with. Ordered a discounted tiny home. (In new condition) no damage.. they called and said "that specific item i ordered was already sold to someone else" - verified and ask if it was new and in perfect condition.. they said yes but its sold.. we do have another identical one at another warehouse but its $10,000 more!!? Refused to fill my order with thr exact same item... Wtf are you even talking about. Yall should be put of business yesterday

she also handled everything very professional, from the sale to the return of the deposit money when we had to cancel some of the Containers.

Missing parts and cheep thin materials. Sent roof washers immediately
One of the base frame parts was missing but a duplicate of another we tried to make work. There were no washers. And no rubber washers for the roof. It's about to rain and I cannot put the roof on without rubber washers. Basic impression is the overall product is a cheep flimsy assemble and is not what I was expecting in terms of quality.

Customer service was horrible
Customer service was horrible. Company doesn't care if you life near a distributor office or not. You'll still have to find a way to get your 600lb gate to them to correct any issues, even if it's their mistake.

Great prices and well packaged
Everything came in good condition and was fairly simple to install. The pricing was great and was packaged really well. Some of the items didn't come with install instructions but it was easy to print off the website.
