Product did not arrive on time when it finally did come after multiple days of being delayed it looked like it had been through the ringer all damage. I paid for two days worth of guys to be here with forklifts and delivery didn’t come for multiple days after that.

Shipping company keeps moving back delivery so no good to me if I do not have.

They made sure i was able to receive the item before shipping out and worked with me to set a delivery date that worked for my schedule.

Ordering, shipping and quality of the 40x40 container shelter all are very good. My really only complaint would be the directions for the installation. I would have given 5 stars but found directions poorly done. They suggest 4 people. We had 8 people, a truss boom, a 30 ft scissor lift and it took us 12 hours to get it put together and the cover on. Another 4 hours to get the cover stretched. Better instructions and I think you got a pretty good product.

Very low quality control on this chipper. Much grinding of metal took place to put it together, and it cannot be towed without turning it over. DO NOT PURCHASE

Wouldn’t allow me to schedule delivery without a fork lift on site. Rented one just for delivery to only find out it wasn’t needed & was loaded without one. Charged $800 for delivery, but only paid the delivery guy $300. Overcharging for freight and passing it along to customers.

I purchased online and my gate was staged and ready to pick up. I am very pleased with the product and the service.

The instructions are horrible. Some of the sequence to put it together make no sense. Door instructions on 38, then finish on 51. The video on line absolutly no help. these are easy fixes. Then putting the roof center on come on are you for real.

The squeeze chute is shown in the advertisement assembled. It arrived unassembled, without instructions or parts list. I WOULD NOT have purchased this if I had known it was coming unassembled. I could have paid $300 more for a new ASSEMBLED Priefert squeeze chute. Ordered May 7. Arrived about 2 weeks later. Had to ask for asembly instructions, which arrived with diagrammed instructions but in Chinese. Still unassembled.

Absolutely scammed me. The garage I got was made in china and was missing multiple structure parts and siding. The parts department refused to open a box in the local warehouse or even a location in the United States or Canada. Tells me the parts won’t come for 2-3 months causing delays in permits and close outs. The builder has to take the entire garage down now because of this absolute mess. Scam and horrible company

Customer service is unnecessarily rude in the first 15 seconds on the phone.

Item was delivered on a flat bed semi untarped and un packaged just wrapped in shrink wrap the tool box was filthy from the road grime and all of the drawers were full of water it took several hours for us to get it cleaned up. We were not very happy about the shipping part of the experience.

So, let's get the negatives out of the way first... it is a bit of a rough ride with mediocre suspension, it is very slow and I may replace the lead acid batteries with lithium for more power and torque.
The parking brake is janky and I need to get it serviced as it does not completely stop the vehicle and I have to park on level surfaces for now. It is a manual rather than automatic and as a nondriver this is a bit to get used to. It is very hard for other motorists to see on the road, so keep a safe follow distance.
All this taken into account I find this to be a solid investment as a reliable vehicle for someone who has no license or the desire to pay for insurance & gas.
It will pay for itself within months for what it saves me on uber and lyft. I will never have to hit a gas station and most of the repairs are pretty easy to do myself. One beauty of these cheap electrics is their simple construction. I am
not a mechanic or engineer or any kind but the build is so sparse it is easy to figure out what connects to what under the hood.
These vehicles are common all over the rest of the world outside the US. Nearly half of China's motor vehicles are small EVs like this, and it is a very sensible and practical alternative. They are selling out everywhere I look and I had to shop around a bit before grabbing this one up. I have enjoyed the last couple weeks of riding it immensely and it has afforded me a freedom and self reliance I have not had in a long time.
