Nice Coop. Parts could have been prescrewed / part assembled for easy mounting.

We bought our chicken coop a year ago, mainly because we loved the design and especially the cover. While we did have a few issues with the cover initially, we got in touch with the team—and before we knew it, a replacement was sent straight away.

I have to say, the customer service is outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that responds so quickly and helpfully. I know that if I ever need anything else for my chickens, I’ll definitely trust and buy from them again.

Delivered promplate with easy instructions

Really pleased with the coop we ordered and assembled. There was a bit of faffing with installing the wheels but got there in the end. We have some very happy birds!

Good company, great service, would use again

Avoid! Coop barely last a year, rotten wood despite additional weatherproofing per instructions and leaking roof. Not at all as advertised. Emailed, messaged on Whatsapp and completed their online form and no reply whatsoever. Order #4415. Contacted via Whatsapp on the number given on chickencoopsandhouses.co.uk - this shows as HomeGarden&Pets - received a reply there to email admin-coopsandhutches.co.uk which I did and no reply. Had already emailed info-chickencoopsandhouses.co.uk and completed your webform. No replies. So I repeat my avoid testimonial!

The delivery company used, left the coop outside the garage without our knowledge, they didn’t even ring the bell. We only discovered it when we went into the front garden.

When we opened the boxes we found some damage. But to their credit they responded to my complaint quickly, and issued a partial refund promptly.

Really impressed with the coop - it's well designed and other reviews agree that it is easy to clean, and the design suggests that will certainly be the case. I do agree that it wouldn't comfortably house the stated number of chickens, but otherwise it exceeds the description.

There was some damage in transit to a part (not Cocoon nor the packagings fault, it looked like someone had put their foot through it!), but Cocoon were incredibly quick to respond to my support ticket and I had a new part the following day. Very impressed and will return for any future purchases I may need to make.

All good here. Easy to order and arrived in 2 days. Well packaged, no damaged parts and looks great.
Instructions are simple enough to follow and the finished result is a well crafted sturdy coop. Ordering up some wood treatment now just to add a little extra protect from the weather

Ordered Cocoon Chicken Coop & Run – 4000WX, which I am very pleased with. Couple of pros and cons. It goes together lovely and easily (im disabled and managed it with only minimal help from my 7 yr old), it's nice and sturdy and my chickens love it. However the instructions are near on impossible to see as they are tiny pictures which I struggled to see, which meant I actually screwed the frame of the enclosure together before realising I had some bits the wrong way round because it doesn't show that on the instructions. Also a bit of a lack of communication from the company. My order was suppose to be next day and I didn't get contacted by the delivery company until the afternoon to say they weren't coming. When I rang this company to find out what is happening I discovered that they had been informed by the delivery company first thing in the morning but had failed to contact me

Extremely easy to order and great service all round

My second coop ordered. Had a few issues which were resolved the same day. Excellent customer service and 3 very happy girls 🤗

I was disappointed with the poor quality of the product, some of it arrived damaged. Also the description is a bit misleading, you might get 12-15 chickens in the house but they will be very tight in there.

Chicken coop delivered very quickly and almost perfect. The wooden strap on one of the roof pieces had snapped off. I contacted Cocoon Chicken Coops and they dispatched a new part the same day, eggcellent service. Now very happy with the coop, great value for money.

Well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. Wheels were missing as in separate box which was explained when I made a call and arrived a few days later.

Smaller than expected looks bigger in photos wouldn’t have been able to fit more than 2 chickens.

The delivery arrived very quickly but I was a little disappointed when I recently put it together. A roosting bar is missing (there were two in the pictures), the roof was scratched and the roof lip was cracked. That said, it’s very cute looking but I am not sure how sturdy or wet weather proof it will be - time will tell!
