Aluminium pergola
Before ordering our aluminium pergola we had quite a few questions which started with the chat line and then we spoke on the telephone to a member of staff all of which was very helpful and informative. We placed the order which arrived within the time period. Although we have not erected the pergola yet the service and advice from Chimes has been excellent

thoroughly recommend chimes
very friendly but not pushy sales lady. answered all questions we had regarding the proposed purchase, delivery etc. items delivered within proposed time frame with regular updates from the efficient delivery guys. they couldn't get all packaged items round to our garden as insufficient room so we had to unpack and carry them round ourselves. this was explained as a possibility to us in the initial call we had with chimes and, although the furniture appears to be excellent quality, it was light enough for two persons to carry. looking forward now to some sunshine to make the most of our lovely new corner set!! well done chimes and thank you

Beautiful good quality garden furniture
We’ve ordered from this company a couple of times now and we are very happy with everything we have received, the garden furniture is very good quality, my only criticism is the cover for the Sun lounges , they fit snuggly but don’t tie on very well so when we have high winds, one of them did actually blow off , but other than that, I was recommend this company they are fast and efficient
