Beautiful good quality garden furniture
We’ve ordered from this company a couple of times now and we are very happy with everything we have received, the garden furniture is very good quality, my only criticism is the cover for the Sun lounges , they fit snuggly but don’t tie on very well so when we have high winds, one of them did actually blow off , but other than that, I was recommend this company they are fast and efficient

Order 3 months in advance, half the items were missing on the delivery date. Informed they were unavailable despite having 3 months to fulfill the order.
Service by staff at depot friendly and helpful. White service £99 was worth it and guys were great.

We’re very sorry that your delivery arrived incomplete, particularly as you had placed your order well in advance. After identifying that the parasol base you originally ordered online was not compatible with your parasol, we provided a number of alternative options. Unfortunately, the option selected was out of stock at the time, and we fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
Please accept our apologies that the delivery had to be split, with your parasol and base arriving two days later. That said, we’re pleased we were able to resolve the issue within two days and complete your order as quickly as possible.
It’s wonderful to hear that our depot team were friendly and helpful, and that you were satisfied with the white glove service. We will be sure to pass on your kind comments to the team.

Ordered online which was quick and easy and then used the online chat to add additional items to my order.
Had to call to arrange delivery and they could not have been more helpful. They ensured that I did not pay an additional delivery cost for extra items I requested. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful.
On the day of the delivery, received a call about arrival time and they were there just as stated. The two delivery men who build my table and chairs were efficient, courteous and friendly.
White glove service was definitely worth it.

These guys are fantastic! The service is truly top class. Everyone is highly professional while still being friendly and approachable. The fitters are polite and go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much trouble. Ed and his team made sure everything was perfect, right down to the smallest detail. Outstanding communication and product
Outstanding communication, as I but my order in late on Sunday evening and they phone back with delivery service the next morning, that would take upto five days. The delivery company came exactly to the day and arrived first thing, the products where well wrapped which was good as the package was slightly damage in transport. My garden furniture where excellent and just what I expected, I definitely would use them again and recommend the company to anyone.
