I have been buying beautiful jewellery from Thu and Chloe’s for over ten years, such lovely people with really special and unusual pieces. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Good experience at Chloe’s . Bought a beautiful diamond at a great price. Van was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

EXTREMELY disappointing experience with Chloes Jewellers, Hatton Garden : therefore I would certainly NOT recommend them.

Tried (albeit unsuccessfully) "several times" to purchase a piece of jewellery - my personal experience can be summarised as follows:-

1. Non responsive online
2. Poor communication
3. Lack of understanding of their own stock
4. A tad arrogant .....

There are plenty of other stockists within Hatton Garden to do business with .....

My husband took my engagement ring in as the stones were loose other jewellers said it couldn’t be done and needed a new shank van was brilliant she said yes she can do it and my ring looked amazing as new thankyou , van also had my sentimental ring that belonged to my late grandmother clean it was 60 years old wow it came back sparkling and looking amazing I was over joyed , I also took in a wedding ring that needed sizing 5 sizes again other jewellers said it couldn’t be done as had stones in it van arranged for it to be done and I’m over the moon to be able to surprise my husband with his new ring thankyou for your amazing service and van for being so personal and caring

My fiancée got my engagement ring from here and I couldn’t have asked for something more beautiful and unique. We’re now on the hunt for our wedding bands and went straight back. Vanlee is an absolute profesional, with a clear eye for detail and willing to adjust any ring to match your taste & personality. My fiancée was equally delighted with his experience when purchasing the engagement ring. Can’t recommend it enough!

Vanle at Chloe Jewellers is such a pro and very knowledgeable lady. She helped me choose what I wanted and explained to me how to choose the right diamond etc. There are many cowboys in Hatton Garden that want to sell you lab mined diamonds that will have no value afterwards. Everyone pulls you left and right there and it's hard to find someone professional with years of experience that you can trust. Until... you find Vanle at Chloe Jewellers. They are the best, I highly recommend them !!

I had no idea what I was looking for and no idea where to go in Hatton garden, came across Chloes and they gave me a lesson on diamonds and supplied me with a beautiful ring which took 2 weeks to custom make, no pressure! And very friendly staff!

Needed something special for someone special,but because of Lockdown it was impossible to get to Chloes shop, but with the help of Sharona and What’s app it was all done on the phone, her advice and patience helped me to decide what to buy.

I went to Chloes with a ring design in mind. Decribed what i wanted and giving me useful advise. Izi and team was very helpful and listened to what i wanted. When i got to see the finished product i was amazed by the quality and detailing of the ring. Thanks all you have been so helpful and the Mrs loves her ring :)

we have used Chloes since they did our wedding rings a couple of years ago. we have been back a few times and has pieces made and repaired. The quality is amazing and exceptional value for money. Fantastic service and really lovely people to deal with . All of the pieces have been amazing. We certainly wouldn't buy jewellery from anywhere else now
