Excellent service
I received a Christy’s flat cap as a wrap gift a few years ago at the end of filming a popular tv series. The cap has been a favourite of mine since then and I was somewhat saddened when the centre button was lost.
I contacted Christy’s and enquired whether it could be repaired and was delighted by the service I received. Dani kept me informed at every step of the process and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result.

Shaping a present
Very helpful with sorting out the shaping of a hat bought from the old company. Great service in head office and the shop itself.
The new company has honoured orders from the previous company.
I bought 3 caps in December and the old company took the money but nothing was delivered. Now, the new company has picked up my order and delivered the closest things they had to what I had ordered. Of course, they weren’t obligated to do this but I am really grateful that they did and am very happy with the outcome. Great customer service and I’m delighted that I’ll be able to buy hats from Christy’s in future! Andy
Excellent customer service
I ordered an Ascot Top Hat. It was too big for me when I received it so I sent it back and asked for a smaller size to be delivered. Within a week of sending the initial delivered hat back I had the replacement smaller hat. It fits brilliantly and is great quality. Excellent customer service.

Restored confidence.
I’ve just had my confidence in Christy’s Hats restored. As other customers have experienced, I had a problem with an order placed before Christmas. Right hat, completely wrong size! Company then went into liquidation and my fear was that there would be no resolution. Communication from the new management has been prompt and honest regarding the situation. A replacement has been provided poste haste and, apart from the first choice of colour still not being available, the hat received is fab.

New owners honoured order placed with old company
I placed an order with Christys for a number of hats and then discovered that the company had gone into liquidation. Later I contacted the new owners and they responded very quickly and said they would honour previous order and I received my hats a week later. This is a very good, positive start so I'm happy to continue as a Christys customer and wish the new team every success with the business.
