An excellent service!
James arrived on time as arranged and was very thorough in testing the system including the battery life of all sensors. He explained everything he was doing and also mentioned the panic alarm. We discovered we had a key for panic alarm which we didn’t realise before!! He showed us how to use it in an emergency which was extremely helpful. A very polite and informative young man.

Excellent service
Following a warning that a battery in one of the detectors was low, we rang Chubb and they arranged for their local engineer to visit that same afternoon. The engineer checked our system, replaced all the batteries, and ensured everything was working correctly.

excessive labour charges
We asked for an additional detector to be installed as we have a contract with yourselves for our fire alarm, extinguishers & emergency lighting. A very high quote was received which included 8 hours of labour at £95.37 per hour + VAT which seemed excessive so we requested the invoice to include a timesheet to account for the actual time taken to carry out the simple install. It only took 3 hours from start to finish and the engineer was off site before 1200, which was recorded on CCTV, however, the invoice arrived incorrectly stating that the off site time was 1700 and no timesheet was included
We will be reviewing our contract with Chubb!
