Your engineer phoned to advise he would be with me in 20 minutes, as he has done for the past few years.
He did his usual through inspection checking all the alarm connections.
He is smart and professional and is a good advert for Chubb Security.

Two successful calls in one day
My call to the company yesterday was exactly as a call should be & rarely is! The phone was answered promptly to the correct department I didn’t have to resubmit my details endless times I got my routine service appointment for a time that suits me
Ironically I triggered an alarm response accidentally the same day & that call too was dealt with VERY promptly
