Extremely quick - probably no more than 10 minutes. Not sure though why the typed report that we subsequently received indicated that he'd been in our house for 50 minutes - nowhere near that long.

We do prefer the visits to be within our normal hours of work going forward if possible. Although 5.45-7 was workable this time due to a late clinic being held and a member of staff being around, this wouldn't usually be the case.

Piece of mind
Being with Chubb means having a peace of mind . My alarm went off at 00.45 . I couldn’t turn it off using the keypad so I contacted Chubb 24hr service number . An engineer contacted me and I was explaining the problem when the alarm suddenly stopped. He reported the problem and said someone would phone later that morning. Remote setting didn’t work when another engineer phoned so he booked another engineer to physically come and sort it . Greg came later that day and diagnosed the problem. My alarm circuit board had a slug ….yes slug …on it at some stage plus my wifi was weak . Parts are being ordered and hopefully when fitted the problem should be sorted.
It’s good to have help at the end of the telephone. Thank you Chubb .
