Totally Disappointed

Honestly, they used to be good. But from the current issue I’m facing, really disappointed.Issue was i had make payment a bit late by 2 days and payment using manually meaning tru online banking using UEN, and i had forward them the receipt their via wasap , the phone was lock the next day 2 days later. Contacted them via their website no help even i had forward the receipt of payment as proof, via wasap n email no reply on that day.

End up i was told payment manually takes 3 working days for the payment to appear on the account.

I lost income on that day as I can’t work without the phone as being lock.
Today 6 April still phone is lock, told them they should lock after 3 working days if payment not received on their end . I even call bank and was confirm they payment had went tru.

I’m totally disappointed and frustrated . Lost of income who going to compensate me?

1. The approval process was remarkably swift, making the entire experience exceptionally convenient.
2. Cinch empowers people to access joy and fulfillment with ease—something that is genuinely moving and deeply appreciated.
3. While Customer Service advised a delivery timeframe of 7–10 days, my device is still marked as “preparing for dispatch” on the sixth working day (excluding weekends), which I find somewhat puzzling. I do wonder whether it will arrive within the promised timeframe.
I understand that Customer Service may not have access to more detailed updates, and this is certainly not a fault on their part. However, the prolonged “preparing” status does create a sense of uncertainty and anticipation.
I hope that, moving forward, there might be greater transparency for customers who are waiting. That said, I remain sincerely grateful for the overall quality of service provided—it has been truly commendable.

I placed my order with Cinch on 24 March and the payment was deducted. After waiting for 8 days, I was informed that delivery cannot be made to my area (Melaka), which was never mentioned before I placed the order. I hope Cinch can resolve this promptly so I can receive my order, as canceling it at this stage would be unfair.

Eric... the cust svc agent is helpful.
Cannot say much about the ordering platform though.
I filled in the order for a 2nd product with the shipping address BUT the order confirmation still shows my default shipping address. In the end, I had to spend time resolving it.
Eric's service recovery saved the day and provided a pleasant experience after all.

Payment made phone delivery no status

Payment for phone was made at 02/12/2025. Was told stock issue, need to wait. Was promised to get the phone on 23/12/2025 before I fly off till 02/01/2026. Informed Cinch that I've inform my helper to receive in behalf. 02/01/2026 still no delivery. Contacted them, reply was will look into it. Till today 09/01/2026 no update was advise. Do checking for delivery status need so many days??? Really losing my patience

Good & prompt customer service.

I've been using Cinch for a couple of months now and so far I'm happy. My device was at the end of it's product cycle and they advised to get another brand but I insisted on my choice and they came through.

i am never using Cinch again,read before signing up

My experience over the last 2 years was fraught with bad experiences:

Nagging Software: You get a permanent notification on your screen and the phone locks if you just swap SIM cards (takes up to 24hrs to fix).

Unforgiving System: One late payment locks your device instantly, even with a good history.

Unfair Returns: They waited a month after I returned the phone to claim damages (no photos provided) and threatened legal action immediately. Verdict: Save yourself the headache. Customers don't deserve this treatment.
