CompAsia has been an absolute nightmare…
CompAsia has been an absolute nightmare of delays and disorganized support. I placed order #CAM83195 for an Apple Watch on April 4, 2026. I was promised a 3–5 working day processing window, yet as of April 17, the status is still "Unfulfilled."
The highlights of this terrible experience:
• Total Lack of Coordination: Their WhatsApp support told me my order was canceled and a refund was being processed, while their email support simultaneously told me they were still "awaiting feedback" from their team. It’s clear their departments don’t talk to each other.
• Constant Excuses: Every time I ask for an update, I get the same generic "high volume of orders/enquiries" automated response. If you can't handle the volume, don't take the orders.
• The "Holding Money" Game: They are quick to take your money, but when they fail to ship the item, they claim a refund takes 7 to 14 business days to process. It shouldn't take weeks to return money for an item that never even left the warehouse.
This was my first and definitely my last time buying from them. If you value your time and your money, go elsewhere.

I enjoyed my new iphone. The battery health aren’t drained and the phone won’t heat too much. So far i really comfortable with their services. They offer me a help and guidance to ensure my phone aren’t damaged. Thank you compasia

Store bought experience was much better. I was in and out within 15mins and no hassle at all. Best of all, both my devices have no issues so far.

My experience with CompAsia has been decent overall. Refurbished product quality is exactly as advertised, though delivery took slightly longer than expected, which is understandable and not entirely within their control. That said, the team made a strong effort to keep me consistently updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
For fellow Malaysians, refurbished devices are a great option when you choose the right platform. If you’re budget-conscious, this is definitely worth considering. This is my second purchase with CompAsia, and it’s been a positive experience overall.

Superb experience getting a iPhone 14 from CompAsia SG! I received the device on the 3rd day upon placing order. The physical outlook & condition of the phone were within my expectations and as promised, the battery health is 100%!

Never update the trade-in progress

Waiting for updates on Order #CAM82825
I have mixed feelings about my experience so far. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max (Order #CAM82825) several days ago, and while I was excited to find the device, the lack of communication since the purchase has been frustrating.
It has been quite a while without any status updates or tracking information being provided. I understand that shipping to East Malaysia can take time, but the total lack of updates makes the waiting process much more stressful than it needs to be. I’m still hopeful for a good quality device, but the customer communication definitely needs improvement.
