circupool.com Avis

I purchased the CircuPool SJ55 salt chlorine generator directly from their website, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The price was better than Amazon, shipping was smooth, and the system is working great.

Installation was straightforward, and the system is now generating chlorine for my pool as expected. So far, I’m very satisfied with the product and my overall experience with CircuPool.

I would definitely recommend CircuPool to other pool owners!

The support I got when the issue started from John Hill. I really appreciate folks who try and troubleshoot the product. hopeful repaired and we will have a good 2027 summer

Came fast and works great! Easy to install on our own, less than 15 minutes! Very happy with our purchase!

Great product, on time shipping, fantastic follow-up.

Worked perfectly. Simple install.

Was sent the wrong part but John/Mark made it right. Got it installed and returned the incorrect version. CircuPool always makes it right. Thanks guys.

The purchase was very easy, thank you! The delivery on the other hand was late, it was scheduled for a Friday delivery, did not receive until Monday from USPS

To order was quicky and easy and the product was shipped quickly.

Every time, that I have worked with Circupool, the experience has been great.

My only complaint I have is that a cell does not even last two years. Due to this, I may look at a different type next time.

Fast delivery and great customer service! Being able to install and configure my own equipment without a "pool professional" overcharging me is fantastic. I previously had a hayward system that knew had a blown cell but I had to pay over $250 for "service" to determine and possible send the cell for warranty... It's crazy! Well I'm done with Hayward. Looking forward to long years of swimming with Circupool!

Product came sooner than expected. It was easy to install, and so far it works great!

I received the pump and it was better than I expected. I was expecting a motor and a seal. And when it came it was assembled and ready to install with a back plate seal and new impeller. I’m very happy and pleasantly surprised.

Website easy to use to order product. Product arrived within the stated time frame. It was packed carefully and arrived in good shape. I wish the customer service phone number worked. I wanted to speak to someone shoot a few questions i have. This is my third unit. I have been a customer for 20 years.

The front cover is extremely hard to open. I either can’t open it without it taking 10 minutes and afraid I’m going to break it or I just walk away and try later.

Jon, my saleman was great. Professional, personable & informative.

Seamless transaction from purchase to delivery

Online info was good and a check with a telephone tech confirmed the correct purchase. Package arrived quickly including installation gaskets I had forgotten to buy. Installation went off without a hitch and my pool is back in business.

Excellent customer service! Fast shipping
