This was a warranty issue with my chlorine generator and I was given 40% off of the replacement element and am satisfied.

Customer beware of product failure after just over a year.

Beware of warranty coverage. Only covers two years and prorated a percentage there after until year 8.

My Circupool Core 55 failed 3 times already. The first two-time Circupool replaced free of charge but this third time, they want to charge me 60% of the cost of cell under warranty. The first two, plastic cracked. Third time, control module says clean cell and cell low life after having for 1 1/2 years. I don't think I want to put anymore money into this product.

I have had my curcupool salt system for 15 years and still have the original controller. I have had various technical questions over the years and always got honest answers to solve my problems without trying to sell me new equipment. Today I spoke to the technical department to a extremely knowledgeable gentlemen who took his time to my complicated questions and solved the problem. I was impressed again. Great company

I have an RJ-60 which has worked flawlessly for a little over a year. Unfortunately I had a cell connection error the other day but I’m very happy with Circupool’s customer service and resolution which was an adapter to get my SWG up and running. It took about 5 minutes to install the PCB adapter and the chlorine generator fired right up. Overall I am extremely happy with the RJ-60. I purchased an oversized model so I could keep the chlorine output at a fairly low percentage giving me room to boost output if needed and hopefully prolonging the cell life. I’m even more impressed with the customer service and technical support. With regard to the customer service it was extremely easy and straightforward process with polite representatives requiring minimal information to get my issue identified and resolved. The part was shipped very fast keeping our pool downtime to a minimum. The technical team there did a phenomenal job designing an easy plug and play adapter to resolve the issue without requiring the controller to be shipped back. Furthermore, my product was just over a year old and Circupool would have well been within their right to charge a prorated amount for the part as described in their warranty information. However, they did not charge me a cent and I appreciate them sticking by their product. I would absolutely recommend this product and company.

Circupool immediately worked on getting the products shipped to me. No fault of them, the USPS sent the parts to a distribution center 15 minutes from my home (Ybor), then sent them to South Florida where they bounced to a few distribution centers, then back to Ybor, then my house.
The parts are still installed and working perfectly. I will continue to order through Circupool when I need parts.

Experience with circupool is great as usual! The delivery via UPS was unsatisfactory…ordered on Friday and paid for 2nd day air, unit was not delivered until Wednesday afternoon, a full day past the guaranteed delivery day.
