Wow! Everything about this company are fantastic.
The quality of the sofa is beyond what I expected, the comfort is more than what I was expecting, the service was amazing. The price was amazing.
After unfortunately some how girl mathing the measurements I actually ordered this sofa and when it arrived it did not fit, but luckily as this sofa comes in sections it meant I could just remove one part and it fitted.
The delivery guys had already left after a long drive from Manchester to Plymouth, we phoned them to see if they wanted the extra bit that did not fit and to take it back out of our way and it was no trouble at all, they turnt back around and collected.
They were so friendly and professional.
Honestly if you have any doubts about these sofas… don’t! There simply stunning.

Portland U shape
Ordered the Portland 2 weeks ago online after receiving some materiel samples, sofa came Wednesday nigh, stunning was bit worried as didn’t have much communication and was supposed to come on Tuesday the guys who delivered it set it up effortlessly and where working all night to ensure people got their sofa, very happy with the sofa.

Amazing couch, outstanding service from start to finish and exceeded all expectations. The service from this company has been exceptional and the delivery drivers couldn’t be more helpful. Spending the time perfecting the placement of rug and couch. I can’t recommend this company enough. I would 100 million %. Use this company again without a doubt. Also the price is also so reasonable you can’t fault it. I’ve seen the same couch for 4k + thank you guys I love it !!

The fabric (I chose the cream) is even richer in person, and the seating comfort is perfect!!! supportive yet incredibly cosy. Delivery was smooth, and the team were professional and tidy. Olivia Cinema Sofa
I had wanted a cinema sofa for ages but struggled to find the right one. Then the Olivia appeared on my Facebook feed and I was sold. I chose CK Sofas because they promised speedy delivery and for an additional fee would take away two of my sofas. Despite a very late night waiting for delivery (due to factors outside the company’s control) the delivery drivers did amazingly getting the sofa into the house. We absolutely love the sofa and it’s going to be great for cosy winter evenings. Thank you!

Awful! Ordered the sofa and told delivery would be two weeks, I waited over 2 months for delivery and tried to cancel, but they explained there had been an issue their end, they’d offer free cushions and I loved the sofa so I waited. On delivery the sofa was really poor quality, looked different to the website, felt like you were sitting on a brick and the measurements were different to the website! I was told I would get a refund within 5 working days, after a month of chasing and being lied to, I got the money back not from the company but my credit card - awful, awful do not use

The sofa it’s just beautiful exactly how I expected to be , the delivery was accurate to the time frame they were really helpful and friendly and the ways of payments made me feel even more comfortable and confident regarding the website fidelity and trust !! I have ordered a pair of chesterfield armchairs, and have only heard from CK twice. I made the order in the second week of June, and have not received much feedback or responses since. I am moving g house and this has delayed the dispatch of other items that were to be delivered together. I need to refund the order given the CK sofas management are not given me any idea when the items will be ready.
