Non fault accident

After a non fault accident, Stephen gave me a call and went over everything that needed to be done. He was very friendly, and very informative. I was passed through to all the relevant people, and everything was organised very quickly. I had a replacement car the same day, and my car was taken away for assessment. I am very happy with the service I have received so far.

bad car driving experience

claimslins got in touch after a collision asked me questions without pushing me and where keen to make sure i was ok first and foremost

Had the best experience

Had the best experience. The staff were so pleasant and listened without belittling me. Always helped me with any queries and were so fast with sorting everything out. Have already recommended to family and friends

This company was unbelievable!!

This company was unbelievable!!! They had got everything sorted while I was still at the site of the crash and even got me a hire car that very same day! They also called me back to check in and make sure I was doing okay and when they found out I was in hospital due to the crash they were genuinely caring and helped to ensure all expenses and injuries were on record! They were honestly so helpful and I was so relieved that they were there to help me when I didn’t know what to do :)

When I called them an hr after my car…

When I called them an hr after my car accident. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice and lovely he wax called guy, he was so reassuring and told me to take my time as I was still in shock and kept my calm sorted out a recovery for me, and even later called to check I was okay and wax getting myself checked out. I would recommend them as the person i spoke to has great customer service skills and if I would rate just on this alone I would give 100 out of 100

Your 1 stop call after an accident

Wow what an amazing company to work with after my accident. They had everything dealt with in the quickest time possible and had me back on the road with a hire car the very next day. They are quick professional and I was given a dedicated claims handler with regular updates. My car was collected from me for its repairs and everything was super easy to deal with so yes I highly recommend claimsline to anyone
