Overall they are happy to help

Overall they are happy to help. My claim has taken quite some time they had me In a rental car same day and more than happy to help with my queries on how the process so far. 4 start as there is always room for improvement and I feel like a phone call now and then would be reassuring.

After being in an accident which wasn’t…

After being in an accident which wasn’t my fault I was connected to claimsline through my insurance, not having a clue what to do they were very helpful and explained the procedure, which helped me immensely and put me at ease.

They were very efficient

They were very efficient, professional, very polite. I was hit by a speeding motorists on Saturday night, on Monday morning I rang them and at 12 o'clock I had a courtesy car. I taught it will be difficult for me because I never been in a accident before, but it was so easy.

Rick was really down to earth and…

Rick was really down to earth and helped me understand things in simple terms. Which is what you need after someone has crashed into you and written your car off from nowhere. He took as much time as I needed and made sure I understood everything without rushing me off the phone. I appreciated the time he took and the compassion and care he portrayed. Thank you.

Professional, helpful and fast service

Calling insurance after an accident is never easy. I was expecting to be on the phone waiting for ages but I wasn't, spoke to a real person in minutes. The customer service was impeccable. I had a dedicated file handler called Rik and he was very professional and clear spoken talked me through the whole process I was transferred straight to a replacement car and and had that delivered to my house in 3 hours from the incident

Rik was my advisor when my insurance…

Rik was my advisor when my insurance transferred me to claimsline. He was so friendly and curious and dealt with me sensitively as I was very shook up about the car accident. I had to ask him to repeat a few things as I was in shock but Rik was really patient and explained everything fully. He told me what was happening clearly and what would be happening next. The curtesy car arrived the same day as my accident and was in immaculate condition and very much similar to my own car. Rik also asked me about any injuries in which I’d sustained. This was something I’d already been thinking about as I’d got injuries to my back neck and head. Rik passing me onto the solicitors was a very smooth handover and made things easier for me as I hadn’t got a clue where to start. I can not fault the service I received from Rik at Claimsline and I fully recommend him and the company.

Great experience with claims line

Ben who i spoke to was absolutely…

Ben who i spoke to was absolutely lovely and very sufficient. Claimsline were very quick with a courtesy car which they brought to my front door within an hour. It was a very easy process and would highly recommend them.

I thought claimsline we're brilliant…

I thought claimsline we're brilliant from the very start of my claims process. They guided me through everything and had a courtesy sorted within a couple of days which was brought to my front door and my own car collected for repairs to be completed. Everyone that I've spoken to have been kind and genuine and trying to make everything as easy and as straightforward as possible. Without their help it would be a much more difficult process.

From start to finish i was over welmed with the help and contact given. All the staff i came into contact with were very helpfull and in this day and age I've found there isn't a much customer service thank you

Seamless Support

After a not-at-fault accident Claimsline handled everything I could need to ensure that the overall impact was minimal, including having the hire car delivered to my house. I was kept well informed during the process and any questions I had were handled well. Given that any accident is a bad experience they managed to minimise the issues and make it as easy as possible.
