Great customer service up to now
Umear called me due to having my details from an ongoing diesel emissions claim. This was something I had not known about so was keen to find out more. Umear was clear in his explanation of the process and was very friendly and polite. Hopefully it pays off as this review is just regarding customer service.

I received call recently from an advisor very polite,knowledgeable and professional on issues discussed, but I was reluctant to act but after listening news this morning relating to issues discussed with advisor I immediately acted to complete what was required of me.
So far the advisor real and trustworthy and I look forward to the final outcome.
