This company is dealing with two of my claims. They text me this morning saying they had good news. I thought the claim was settled. They said the solicitors don't touch claims under £3k but they will press on with it. More documents to sign. It was 5 months ago when I signed the documents. I got a call today saying it's going to be another 9 months before I hear anything. I feel like taking this off them and doing it myself. They lure people In saying they can help and they can't do anything. They also want 33% of the amount I'm awarded. It's pretty weak if a solicitors has to do this kind of work for sending a few emails. I guarantee they will receive more than I do when this claim is settled. Same as a solicitor who dealt with my fall in ASDA . They got £4000 and I got £1000. I feel like taking this off them so they don't get anything. These people are a legal call centre who will claim for their costs as part of the settlement and the person gets about 25% of the amount. It's shocking really.
