We have stayed in a good number of cottages (10+) mostly in Cornwall and a couple in Devon with Classic cottages, not once have we been disappointed, our lastest stay in Falmouth was perfect as always.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, it was perfect for us and Nicky was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay, did some amazing walks from the book in the cottage and enjoyed being out in the Cornish countryside. Would highly recommend.

Last minute trip. Super place, as advertised, great location. Garden was great. Does not have all the mod-cons, but that was fine for our family of 4 plus dog. Great value.

Over the years I booked several cottages with this company. Their information and photos are usually very adequate and reliable so no surprises upon arrival. Furthermore I experienced several times that when there are issues that need to be addressed they respond quickly, friendly and with understanding (even in weekends or evenings) and do all they can to help and solve the problem. I really appreciate their service and this is my preferred booking agency

Booking through Classic Cottages was simple, the website informative, and the staff extremely knowledgeable about their properties, which made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, Chapel Cottage felt warm, cosy, and incredibly welcoming. The front view is absolutely breathtaking and truly memorable. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and the fixtures and fittings were beautiful and clearly very well cared for, just the standard we appreciate in our own home. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged, making our stay effortless and completely enjoyable.

We have been using Classic Cottages for years and have always had excellent places to stay. The photos on the website and the descriptions are spot on and the quality of accommodation is fantastic.

Turned up for new year to a freezing cold cottage and with no wood or coal supplied for the burner.

We couldn't adjust the heating as it was being controlled by the owner over 200 miles away who for 18 hrs a day set the heating at 7 degrees.

It took repeated calls & texts to the local support and 24hr support numbers before 5 days later we got control of the heating.

In addition the description of the cottage (Penmorfa) couldn't have been further from accurate.

after returning home I complained to Classic cottages and was basically called a liar and was told there was fuel for the fire and the heating was sorted on the 3nd day.

We have just had our 4th consecutive Christmas and New Year break with Classic Cottages.
We have stayed in 3 different properties and every 1 of them was lovely. We had no complaints about any of them.

This cottage was the perfect place to spend Christmas. From the moment we arrived, the festive decorations and cosy atmosphere made it feel really special. The facilities were excellent and it was exceptionally well equipped, everything had been thought of, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the break. The location is ideal, and it offered fantastic value for money. We had such a relaxing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Towyn Cottage is beautifully presented and clearly cared for, with high-quality furnishings, tasteful accessories, and a kitchen which is exceptionally well equipped, by making it a comfortable and practical home from home. Location perfect for local hikes especially to Portgain and star gazing. A treat to be so close to the sea. Thanks for giving us a great Xmas and the sun was out every day!

Stayed at a property through Classic Cottages, which was chosen on the strength of reviews on their website, and their claim that they publish all guest reviews, good or bad. The stay was generally pleasant, but there were a few negative points, which I was surprised weren't mentioned in the reviews, or were glossed over.

After our stay, I wrote a detailed review, mostly positive, but providing more detail around the negative points that might put some people off. I'm certain that I didn't breach any of their guidelines (it wasn't rude, inaccurate, or anonymous). However two months after I submitted the review, they have yet to publish it. I can't be certain that it's because of the critical content in it, but that is my strong suspicion.

Sadly this means that I will be a lot less trusting of their property reviews in the future, and less inclined to book through them.

As always with Classic Cottages, you get a great, personable service where you talk with real people and get informed and useful answers.
We really can't fault them- this is our 19th stay with them, spread over 12 different properties in 12 years. We've never had anything less than fantastic holidays in superb accommodation.
We really cannot recommend them highly enough -from the easy to use website, through the booking process, and the information ahead of (and during your) actual stay - the team at Classic Cottages are just superb.

Iva Cottage is perfectly located in Fowey, a couple of minutes walk to the highest quality eateries, pubs, a perfect bakery and the beach.

This 'home-from-home' address has a contemporary bright interior with all the modern facilities you need away from home.
