Chris a super star

Chris was helpful, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. We scheudled a time and he called on time and even offer further assistance on a new machine we had to install, although this wasn't on the original ticket.

The information received was clear and concise. Nathan was very helpful and advised us of certain things we had not considered previously as a business. Very happy with the service received from the initial email to our call.

Forced to use this company

Forced to use this company as we had a website via EKM. Website closed in March 2025 as no longer viable. EKM did their end fine. Clear Accept...... what an utter waste of time. After multiple attempts to speak to someone finally was able to advise that the website was closed so we had no need to complete the mandatory PCI scan. Now have been told at least four times that they are aware and all has been dealt with we are still getting emails ordering us to comply with the scan. AVOID this company at all costs. They tell you there is nothing else for you to do and then another email comes through. This is harassment of the worst sort.

Black Mailed by ClearAccept

Had to start using these as they purchased EKM.
Basically told use us or pay extra commission anyway.
Then told that's our only option or move. (we are in process of this). as don't like being BLACK MAILED.
We now have no reports stating what transactions they have paid out and when paid.
Customer service is waste of time you ask one ting and they reply eventually with something different. or are told 1 thing from one and another from the next person.
All via email as no phone contact allowed.
They are now more expensive than WP who we have good rates for both online and Trade counter combined. could get better but WP service and response times are very good.
AVOID at ALL COSTS #clearaccept #ekm #clearpay #clear #accept

Avoid !! Awful company....

Really poor provider would not recommend. Have been having transactional issues for over two years, still not resolved. Poor communication, clearly not bothered about fixing there issues. We installed monitoring software to prove the errors were from them but still no fix.

Great Support Team and Response Time

Just started to use ClearAccept through our Golf Club and although it’s early days, I can say that there Support desk was great, Chris was onto the problem immediately with full understanding and rectified it in a short space of time. Good communication and so nice to be able to ring and be answered immediately. Gives confidence for the future, thank you Hilary

The right outcome in the end

So having had a customer request a charge £2k back.
They were trying their luck by switching the product over from a different supplier and then wishing to return it to us ! We log serial numbers , but even so, we had a fight on a our hands as the card issuer just sides with the customer and totally ignored the facts presented by us.
Having got all the facts together and with the help of Nathan initially and then an appeal from Fallon, the card issuer sore sense and sided with us the supplier. So got the right outcome in the end – thank you

Communication Is Key

Communication is key and so many companies are failing, with Chatbots, dismissive emails or simply making it impossible to contact anyone that can help when problems arise. When there was a serious fraud issue, ClearAccept telephoned me to discuss the matter and when I wanted to take it further a Company Director called me (twice!) to explain protocol and the fact that they would support us every step of the way, even calling to confirm a positive outcome. This is what customer service in business used to look like but simply doesn't anymore. We will remain with this company as these are the kind of people that one wants to be in business with - people unafraid to actually engage with their customers!

update regarding PIC fee complaint and other unsolved issues

update regarding PIC fee complaint - still not resolved ongoing since the beginning of February 2025 when I was charged PCI fees in retrospect also for the previous month without ever having received information on the pending introduction of any fees. I was recently promised a refund within the week of the correspondence (e-mail 5th of march) which I presume is parts (!) of the march fees. I haven't received any payment yet AND there has been no formal reply to my complaint with comments on the fees in writing going forward and for the fees taken in retrospect hence we have not had a final agreement and I'm surprised that a refund has been decided on without settling the complaint first!. Another complaint has been closed down without final solution and outcome containing the comment "this is the final correspondence regarding this complaint" despite them still investigating what the root cause was for a voided payment (not voided by me or my client!) that came up as misleading valid transaction! How can I trust a company which doesn't share the final outcome with me? - can I be sure that they are really investigating this in the background??? Learning points for the team are not an outcome for the customer! I want to know what has gone wrong!

useless accounting that doesn't link transactions with the original client invoices since 28th November. (e-clinic changed something in their system without any communication to me that renders my accounting useless; I'm sure many other e-clinic customers haven't even noticed yet!). raised this with the team (clear accept and e-clinic) on 10th feb and in a following meeting. I was promised that I will get the data in retrospect and they will find a solution going forward - no communication since and not sign that anything is being done. Will have to raise another complaint I guess! So much about prompt resolution of issues and following through with ongoing problems. These issues aren't minor and the teams don't seem to take action within an appropriate time frame

Problem sorted

I needed information and a rate issue dealing with.
Initially dealt with Sharon and Stephanie.
Sharon brilliant and immediately put all charges on hold whilst problem looked into.
Finally Praise sorted all problems out.
Great communication and rang me back when promised. Pleasure to deal with everyone.

FORCED TO USE VIA EKM.

Was forced to used this company too as I am with EKM and have been for almost 20 years. PCI compliant charges brought in and cost seems to get higher and higher. I have to wait for 3 days for payments and as a sole trader, this completely affects my cash flow. Also, as of 5.20pm, I am still awaiting payment of money which should have been paid today and I have still not received. Good to know that they are earning interest on MY MONEY.

Don't use this company

I was forced to use by EKM and then when I tried to cancel it took them ages to close the account.

Not particularly helpful, charged one of my customers twice and then blamed EKM.

I have since found a company where the rates are half of this companies.

Don't even bother signing up with them, you will be in there for life!

Excellent products and service…

We had a tight timescale for getting ClearAccept (Pursuit Pay) up and running but the team at ClearAccept and Nico Cristofi in particular were excellent and we started trading on the day we wanted to, with the card machine and associated software working perfectly. The reporting from ClearAccept is very user friendly and straightforward and the support team have always been prompt and helpful in answering the inevitable queries arising from a new system. I very much recommend Nico and the company as a whole: thank you for what I hope will be the start of a long relationship.
