Paddy and Steve came to remove a large sofa from upstairs in my house. They dismantled it into 4 pieces and had removed it from the house within less than 5 minutes. Excellent service. Will definitely use the company again.

Shed clearance
Tyler and Mark dismantled and cleared our shed quickly, with no fuss. They were really polite and professional. Left the whole area tidy too! 100% would use the company again. Very easy to deal with, straightforward, clear pricing. And just do what they say they will. Overall excellent.

Useless company, awful customer service, stressed to the point of tears
Booked next day collection, they somehow organised it for the wrong day and I only discovered this after ringing and waiting half an hour for a response when it was too late to reorganise anything. I am now hundereds of pounds out of pocket after having to organise something last minute. I do not understand how an automated booking system can be subject to human error, clearly they don't know what they're doing. I am beyond furious and stressed to the point of tears. THANKS A LOT.
