When I first did a review for Cloudberries on there site I only give a 3 star review because I had a piece missing but I have been intouch with their support team and they have rectified the problem and sent me out the missing piece they sorted it out very quickly and they have been fantastic. The company is fantastic the products are of great quality and I will order from them again.

The puzzles are made extremely well and customer service was very helpful. I will definitely keep buying puzzles from cloudberries.

Beautiful, unusual puzzles in pleasing-shaped pieces, delivery speedy! I had an issue with one of my puzzles, emailed them, and got a reply almost immediately and the offer of a free puzzle to say sorry. You can’t say fairer than that!

I absolutely loved this puzzle. It was quite hard as it had a single colour border. I don't generally look at the picture when I am 'puzzling' but on this occasion I have to confess I cheated on a few occasions.
I'm looking forward to doing the next puzzle but have to build in a break as they are addictive!

Good quality product let down by a disappointing image

I ordered the advent calendar jigsaw for myself and for a client. At £40 each, I was expecting something special.

The physical quality is genuinely very good. Each day’s puzzle was nicely boxed, included a small bon mot, and the pieces fitted together well. The packaging felt thoughtful and premium.

Unfortunately, the image itself was a real disappointment. While it included some elements you might expect in a Christmas scene, such as trees, lights, presents and people in winter clothing, it was also covered in large, brightly coloured tropical flowers. Big, trumpet-shaped blooms that felt completely out of place.

For me, this did not read as festive or seasonal at all. It is not an image that most people in the UK, or the wider Western world, would associate with Christmas or even winter. Because the puzzle is revealed gradually each day, this mismatch became more frustrating over time, with each new section reinforcing the same question about why the tropical flowers were there at all.

At this price point, the image matters just as much as the build quality. This felt like a missed opportunity and, ultimately, a let down.

I bought this sight unseen because it is meant to be a surprise. It certainly was, just not a good one. Given the premium pricing, I expected a clearly festive, seasonally appropriate design. Sadly, that was not delivered, and I am unlikely to order from Cloudberries again.

The jigsaw puzzle, a special for Advent, was superb. I ordered it in advance id it being released and had to wait quite a time before dispatch. However, they did meet their promised dispatch date and it was delivered well ahead of the start of Advent, so I was extremely happy with the product and service I received.

My advent calendar jigsaws have arrived and I have also been sent an additional jigsaw as an apology. The products look excellent so I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. Things go wrong in life and it is how you but it right that counts.

I’m a bit worried. I ordered and paid for Advent calendars in September. I was told they would be shipped in October and then received notification. It would be the end of October. After chasing I’m now told it be 12th of November earliest. The company have offered to send an additional jigsaw with the order when they send it. I just hope that they are on their way having read other reviews where other products have not been delivered. They did say they had a problem with the shipment and perhaps it has affected both Halloween and Christmas but I guess time will tell.

Slow to dispatch
I ordered a jigsaw to be sent to the USA. It said 3 to 5 days delivery . I got confirmation of my order and was told I would get notification when it was dispatched. After a week I heard nothing so I emailed to ask when it was being sent. I got a reply saying that the package was being sent that day. I heard nothing. I am disappointed because the jigsaw was a Halloween one , so even if it does arrive soon it is now too late. I've just heard it has been dispatched ( 10 days after ordering) .
