⭐ 1-Star Review – CLOUD PACKERS MOVERS PVT LTD

My experience with CLOUD PACKERS MOVERS PVT LTD has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional across two separate relocations (2022 and 2025). I am writing this detailed review so that others do not face the same issues.

🚫 1. Price Manipulation & Misleading Commitment

During my Bangalore to Berhampur move (05-01-2022), I was initially quoted around ₹26,000. However, after my goods were collected and moved to their warehouse, I received a call demanding ₹34,000.

At that stage, I had no option but to pay. This clearly shows unethical pricing practices and customer pressure tactics.

🚫 2. False Delivery Commitment

For my Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad move (30-03-2025), I was promised delivery within 1 week.

In reality, delivery took 12–15 days, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my household setup.

🚫 3. Extremely Poor Packing & Handling

The most shocking part was the negligent handling of goods:

Fragile items like my LED TV were placed at the bottom, with heavy items stacked on top
Cartons were crushed, torn, and damaged
Packing quality was very poor and careless
No proper safety measures for delicate items

This clearly shows lack of professionalism and basic logistics standards.

🚫 4. Damaged Goods & Unhygienic Storage

When the goods arrived:

Several household items were broken or damaged
Boxes were partially open and deformed
One carton even had rat droppings and dirt inside, indicating very poor and unsafe warehouse conditions

This is completely unacceptable for a service provider handling personal belongings.

🚫 5. Financial Loss & No Accountability

Due to their negligence, I suffered financial loss and unnecessary stress.

Even after sharing:

Invoices
17 photographs as evidence
Multiple detailed emails

Their response was:

“Complaint should be raised within 24 hours”
“Records are archived”
“Case is closed”

This clearly shows zero accountability and poor customer support.

🚫 6. Worst Customer Support Experience

Despite multiple follow-ups and strong emails, there was:

No proper response
No investigation
No compensation or reimbursement

Instead, they simply closed the case without resolution.

⚠️ Final Verdict

I strongly feel that CLOUD PACKERS MOVERS PVT LTD does not deliver what they promise:

Promises made at booking stage are not followed
Customer belongings are handled carelessly
Issues are ignored after payment is done
❌ My Recommendation

I would not recommend CLOUD PACKERS MOVERS PVT LTD to anyone.

If you are planning relocation, please be cautious and think twice before choosing them, as you may face:

Hidden charges
Delays
Damaged goods
No post-service support

Great Support

I recently used Cloud Packers Movers to transport my motorcycle from Hyderabad to another city, and I’m very satisfied with their service. Mr. Iswar and his supervisor, Mr. Tapan, managed the entire process seamlessly from pickup to delivery.

The vehicle was delivered on 27/03/2026 without any damage or issues, which gave me great peace of mind. Their coordination, communication, and professionalism stood out throughout the move.

The packing in Hyderabad and unpacking in Mumbai went smoothly. Branch Manager Mr Tapan and Ishwar helped in coordinating the entire process.

I had a great experience with Cloud Packers and Movers, especially with their staff member Tapan. He was extremely professional, polite, and handled everything with great care. From packing to loading and unloading, company Team work was neat and efficient.

Tapan ensured that all my belongings were safely packed and transported without any damage. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. He was also very cooperative and addressed all my concerns patiently.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Cloud Packers and Movers—especially Tapan—for a smooth and hassle-free moving experience.

Cloud Packers and Movers did a decent job in packing and transportation. The packing quality was good, and most of the household items were transported safely. However, there were some damages—small plastic items were damaged, one sofa leg was broken, and there was slight damage to the 3-seater sofa.

I had agreed to take insurance as suggested by them, but unfortunately, the insurance was not created. Although the insurance premium was later refunded to me, it would have been better if the insurance had been properly arranged as committed.

The major concern was the delay in delivery. My household items were picked up from Karimnagar on 28th January but were delivered only on 3rd February, which caused nearly a week of inconvenience. All our daily-use items like cooking utensils and clothes were with them during this period. We had to depend on outside food for seven days and use a private laundry service, which was quite troublesome.

Overall, packing and transportation were satisfactory, but delivery timelines and insurance handling need significant improvement to avoid customer inconvenience.

Mr Tapan given good service to shift my house from Hyderabad to Banglore.Packed all items secure and good condition and delivered in time.

I availed their service for hyderabad to Bangalore. The pickup was good, on time and packing was professional. But the delivery was delayed and not communicated properly. I wanted my drop off at 10am feb 01 but I got the goods only at 645pm feb 02. Atleast they should have informed and I could have planned properly. Lack of communication lead to me struggling unnecessarily and I had to make multiple calls for which I din't receive proper response rather it was careless answers.

Peaceful and Smooth Intracity Shift for me. Everything done for a 3BHK in 8 hours thanks to Tapan.

The packing was good and the goods were delivered on time.

extremely delayed delivery and unresponsive executive. they made us pay saying in two days we will deliver but they delivered after a week. we had an emergency to leave , cancelled booked tickets for this delivery. the contacted person never answered our calls after payment was done. no tracking details was given, the packaging person saud after going to godown he will send it but they never sent it until delivery. the quoted price was different but the final price was double the time . we payed for unpacking but the driver who delivered said he cannot help us with even putting the boxes inside the house. he asked rupees 1500 when he dropped of the packages. he delivered it midnight 12.05 am. so much hassle before we get our package . don't choose this if u want hassle free shifting
