Still waiting on redemption
Been waiting three days for a redemption. One person with customer service says 3 days another says 1-2 days. Customer services keeps giving me the run around. Most crypto sites are pretty much instant or less than 24 hours. I’ve waited over the three day period and still no money. Stay away

We’ve looked into this and can confirm your redemption request was submitted on Wednesday, July 30th. As of now, it's still within our standard 1 to 3 business day processing window. Most requests are completed much sooner, but occasional delays can happen due to network load or verification checks.

Great new site
I made an account last week and I love the selection of games! Managed to get a redemption on my first deposit!! Definitely in my top 3 for game selection and site layout. I will update this review once my redemption gets approved/sent but so far so good!!!

DO NOT TRUST CLUCK.US
I purchased the $20 package where you receive a total of $40 in sweeps coins as a new customer promotion and did not receive the extra $20.
Now this in itself could be a simple mistake, I contacted support immediately after my first purchase and had a screenshot showing my $20 balance. They said they'd look into it
I waited two weeks, nothing. I contacted support again and this time they decided they already gave me the promotional balance. Swore up and down that I was lying to them and it was already played through in the transaction history which they refused to show in terms of games played or anything of the sort. Complete scammers, hugely inappropriate customer service, and if on the very FIRST purchase they refuse to give you what you paid for they absolutely should not be trusted with anything else.
I join any new sweepstakes casinos I find and have a verified account on 90% of them (whichever seem at least somewhat reputable and will honor redemptions.) This is just some guy with a bot website to steal crypto from people and I guarantee no one is going to be getting anything back out from here.
