After ordering they were too small when I complained they sent some rubbish about I ordered Asian size what crap. But I persisted and ordered next size up they sent me a smaller size. Once again I contacted them and they denied it was their fault. No refunds even though not worn. That’s it for me with on line shopping . They must be making a fortune from this scam.

I just received my order and I feel stupid that I fell for this scam. I usually check these websites but I guess I’ll be more careful next time. What a waste of my money 😡😡😡😡

Same as all the other complaints . Not fit for purpose and because they had Au on the site assumed they were an Australian company until tracking came saying from China.
Tried to get refund but wouldn’t accept as I had opened a packet how else would I know they were no good.
Went to PayPal who eventually said they had offered a full refund provided I sent back in original packing and ther was a Uk company I had never heard of and and address. Cost to send from Australia was more than half the refund .So a waste of time and PayPal consider if I don’t send tracking no by 3/6 the case is closed and no way of appealing. Never forget too check trustpilot hundreds of positive on there add virtually none on here.scam.

I am trying to be objective so - This is NOT a UK website and i will be informing trading standards of this basic fact. The sizings is not accurate. they say on the website their sizing is on the large size. In fact it is the opposite. I ordered the equivalent to a 12 - XXL as i am a 12.....but they are tight around the waist and leg binding. I would have needed the 14-16. I have tested one pair by pouring some water on. To be fair - it didn't appear to come through the outer material. However the inner material then stays wet - it spreads and you would be left with damp material next to your skin - so you'd have to change them. I have considered asking to exchange but given i would have to send them back to china, and their website excludes 'intimate' goods from exchange and they deduct the cost of return postage from the refund - which would actually be a negative figure!!! They do rustle if you move the material around a lot but i guess if they are snug fitting under clothes this may not happen. If they fitted correctly they may , just may work. My advice - 1 -Do not buy. 2 - if you have already done so, and hopefully paid by credit card, claim back from there if you are not happy - if they are not fit for purpose, not as described or incorrect.

I ordered what I thought was my size and they were too small. I ordered the next size up and they have sent me about 3 sizes up from that. So I now have 3 pairs far too small and 3 pairs far too big. Just wasted £40 as doesn't seem that I could ever get my money back judging by what others have said.I've not even been able to test them.

Can't believe I fell for this scam & forgot to check the reviews on trust pilot first (never again). NOT sent from a UK company as advertised (as others have said). Terrible, terrible quality. I tested them with a tsp of water, leaked right through! Fabric horrible, feels like plastic, makes a horrible rustling noise and sizing rubbish. The reviews on the UK website are misleading and I suspect fake. AVOID

Actually was not expecting them to be any good after reading reviews they are really good I feel liberated they absorb all leaks no odour and are really comfortable they have worked wonders for me no more pads amazing

Oh dear, like the others I’m now just reading about, I realise Comfyguard is a scam. I ordered from what I thought was a NZ website, which is no longer functioning. After not receiving them, I realised they come from China. That was a month or more ago, I don’t suppose I’ll get my money back, or the product. From what others say who got their product, it’s not what was advertised, so will probably be thrown out anyway. This is frustrating and, a lesson learnt.

Absolute crap. Purchased these based on the size chart provided and ordered on the larger side because I figured this was not a UK based company. They don’t fit my legs or my waist at all comfortably and worse still, they “crinkle” when I move in them (after having cut the sides to get them to fit). Biggest mistake I have made in a while - buyer be EXTREMELY aware.

I read all the negative reviews just after I had sent for them and fully expected them not to arrive or be useless.
However they arrived in 4 days and are working very well. Comfortable and difficult to tell from ordinary pants

Avoid. I foolishly fell for the advert before checking. Ok sizing -but very poor quality - no idea how they would hold leaks. I was able to try on and the material means they rustle under clothes as well. Also dishonest as fronts as UK company and product is direct from China. You only know when product is being shipped from China and from past experience it makes returns very difficult . I will be asking credit card company for a refund. I must always check independent reviews.

Absolute scam I brought them and they were to small they will not give a refund like everyone else who's done a review kept sending me generic emails not a nz company at all totally disgusted that people do this

Couldn’t give a zero star as site would not allow it ; this is a scam operation through and through ; items sent even after being cancelled , now will not allow return or refund

I have MS I thought I would try these instead of wearing pads all the time got the pants and they are tiny.Posting them back today 33 pound lost

I would have given no stars if that was a choice. Absolute scam artists. They tell you on their page that their garments run large and to size down. I didn’t and bought my regular size but guess what, they’re too small. I was told by one customer service agent that I could return them only to receive another email that told me they didn’t accept returns even though all pairs are unworn and still in the unopened packets.
Avoid them at all costs as you will lose your hard earned money.
Complete scam artists.

I wish I had looked on here before purchasing... ! ditto. much too small, and they replied they sent me the size I ordered! Very thin and nothing like the picture, you can see right through them. They hold a tiny amount of liquid and do not prevent smell. Very bad choice.

I purchased a 10 pair deal, nearly $95 NZD.
They were too small so they offered to send replacements. Guess what? They sent a smaller size.
I asked for a refund. They expect me to pay the postage to return them to China. Get real !!!
I feel stupid because I thought I was dealing with a New Zealand company. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I wasted my money

These are WAY TOO SMALL. I tried to email company to ask about a refund and it bounced back as a permanent failure address. Beware! I have opened a paypal case to try to get my money back. Poor quality and the so called lining that supposed to be leak proof crinkles like cellophane to the touch.
