Online website says 'Try it 100% risk-free' and can return within 30 days.

Items looked far too small so contacted Comfyguard UK who told me to try them on. Tried them on, replied to tell them they were too small and told me I could't return them as I had tried them on!

Complete and utter SCAM

Not a UK company, despite appearances. Cheap and nasty garments which are very small. Total waste of too much money. Lesson learned - read the independent reviews before ordering.

As with everybody else, I was fooled into thinking this was a UK company as it has .co.uk after its name. The pants are too small, uncomfortable and poor quality. I wanted to change them for a larger size and only when dealing with customer services did I realise it was a Chinese company with all the scam issues arising from that. As always, these companies will get away with fooling so many people and nothing seems to be done to stop them.

I like everyone received wrong size - waited a month for new sizes then asked for refund and totally ignored my request
Luckily paid via PayPal and received my refund

Total rip off, cheap china product sizes very wrong, product sounds like plastic. Unable to return and they avoid emails etc. not from NZ as stated.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I thought these pants would sort out my incontinence problem. I’m a size 14-16 uk but weren’t given that option. Not clear whether you should be picking Asia size, international or what. When they came I opened one packet and they were equivalent of size 22-24. Didn’t try on. Emailed them and they said there had been a problem with the machine putting the sizes and they should be the right size. I asked to return them (ordered 5 but wanted to return 4 as fair enough I could have tried one on). They emailed me to say in terms and conditions you can’t return sanitary items. I said I hadn’t opened them but they don’t want to know. Offered me 25% discount if I want to order more. Don’t think so!! No negative comments on their Facebook ad which should have rung a bell but I fell for their scam. £30 out of pocket which I couldn’t really afford.

EDIT. Since writing this review they said I could return the unopened items for a refund but it had to be sent tracked and insured (to China). Royal Mail would have done tracked for nearly £16 but it wasn’t worth it. I paid £30 and they said I could keep the items and they would refund me £6 back. They are useless to me but losing £23 is better than losing £30.

Absolutely shocking quality, cheap nasty China product… can’t return to the uk… they only allow returns to China!!

Arrived after a month and the sizes were not what I had ordered - some miniscule and some too large.
Poor quality fabric. Tried to download the returns form and it is inaccessible ! Presume this is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with this company is exactly the same as the previous reviewer's. Avoid at all costs - a complete waste of money!!

Well saw this product advertised and thought it could help my mum. She said they were OK on but the brief was very small at front and really long at back. Asked if they helped her? And she said they leaked all over and it went up the back of the knickers. I'm really mad, as thinking this product would finally help her situation. So they are useless.

These ppl are scammers, never sent product and all of a sudden “ web site can’t be reached” bet this never gets into the reviews

Absolutely despicable . Incorrect items. Asked for assistance and no reply. This company should be done for stealing people money and closed down.

This company made be beleave they where from the UK not China cheap and nasty not fit for purpose.

Really wished I’d read these reviews before I ordered, as the others have said they come up smaller not bigger as it states on their website and when I questioned this I was told I got the size I ordered. I ordered based on their size chart. They are uncomfortable, and a total waste of money which I’m doubtful I will get back, please don’t make my mistake

Wished I had checked the reviews before I purchased these 'comfy briefs'! The sizing is totally incorrect - a size M is supposed to be a U.K. size 12 but it is more like a U.K. size 8-10. Discovered too that although the website is .co.uk, the goods have come from China and as usual, they have responded with: Of course you can return the goods. We would like to make you an offer anyway, which is to refund you 20% of the purchase price and you can keep the item. Or pay the postage and return the goods to the following address:

Totally scammed of £30 so please be warned and avoid!!!

COMPLETE RUBBISH from utterly duplicitous company. The review from 'Margaret' on 23 April 2024 is absolutely correct. PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for the advertising and hype - these garments are cheap Chinese rubbish, completely incorrectly sized and any contact with customer service entails specious excuses for the size and quality. There really should be some way of stopping these companies from trading as if they were UK businesses

Don't buy from this company! I wish I'd checked here before purchasing. I ordered the correct size but the products send were very much smaller. In order to get a refund they insist on you sending it back to China with tracking - which would cost me more than I paid for the product originally so I'd still be out of pocket! Very poor service. I thought I was buying from a UK company.

I am very unhappy they sent 3 pairs and 2 were the wrong size. I contacted them and they kept sending a generated email. I asked about returning and they gave me a China address !!! I thought I was ordering off a NZ site. So I spent $40 for 1 pair knickers!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would extremely dissatisfied sounds like rustling plastic to the point of where I cut one open to find a tiny piece of plastic like a freezer bag. A complete scam and total waste of money. please don’t buy from this so called company you will be wasting your money

Like many previous reviewers, I fell victim to this SCAM thinking that I was dealing with a UK company. The pants arrived within a week from China, I ordered Medium but they sent XXL. I complained via an email but only got an automated response. By looking at all the other comments this is as far as I will get
I am normally vigilant in checking for a UK address and contact numbers and always paying by credit card - in this instance I did not and now seem to have lost over £50. Quality very poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THIS IS A SCAM !!! Clare
